Great food, but seemed disorganized. I counted 6 staff but no one on the grill. Cook was complaining about not having had a... break in 4+ hours, and lots of milling about. Mobile ordered for pickup 10 minutes ahead of time and arrived to an empty lobbyand only 1-2 cars in drivethru, but no real activityby staff for a couple minutes inside. Got my burgers 2 minutes later...Without any napkins. Staffing at fast food restaurants seems to be an issue in Vegas. Disappointed. Read more
Not sure what the problem was. Whoever was at the counter was changing out a register drawer and said they'd take our order and... then promptly left us standing there. Finally after many minutes of standing around at the totally unmanned counter, anotherstaff person came from the back line and took a verbal order (register drawer still not replenished and no one still manning thecounter), left, came back with verbal $$ total for the order. More staff in the back line than customers in the store. Verypoor service. Read more
This was the worst service I had ever had. Went thru the drive thru the girl at the window was to busy talking to her coworker... to even say hi just took our money gave us our food. No hi how are you have a nice day nothing absolutely disrespectful. I getit?s hard to find people to work but as managers we should still hold a high standard to customer service. Usually I love every Wendy's but nor this one. I ordered the chili with sour cream and onions; basically the works, and I got... none of that except for the hot sauce packets. They also forgot to give me my frosty. I didn't notice until I got home. I wasdisappointed but the reason why I think they forgot was because they were joking and laughing and when the girl asked me to giveher the money, she continued to talk about her story to other coworkers while I still had my $20 bill sticking out of my window.She finally took it, but it was just rude, and they weren't paying attention. I believe that's why I didn't get what I askedfor. Plus the food was cold. Pay attention kids and take pride in your job no matter what it is. Read more
Hi there To management regarding the store : 8900 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89117, United States I would like to make a... formal complaint regarding this store Monday 18th July 10:30 PM I drove into the drive-thru, and no one responded. I waitedseveral minutes and nothing. I then drove to the window and saw two staff standing there talking. I waved out to them, and theycompletely ignored me. There was another car behind me, and they did the same to him. There was no way of trying to get theladies attention as they completely disregarded my presence. This is horrible service. I understand there is staff shortagesand business are hiring anyone that applies but this is unacceptable to have staff who are taking advantage and not actuallyworking. I would like an explanation as to why this store is operating if service is not provided? My family and I ended upeating elsewhere. I hope to hear back from someone regarding my complaint. Read more
Came to grab dinner at 730. Was promptly met with the employees telling me they were not taking orders right now due to... understaffing. We were refused service - definitely a bummer. Management do better. Support your employees and run yourbusiness. Read more
