Online it said lunch is not served until 1030 am. So I waited until 1050 am to pick order. I go pick it up and the they say... order is not ready b3caue people don't show up. I ask for a refund. The girl tells me to go online. I ask for their names thegirl with green braids gives me a smerks..her name is janae. So I said I'll just go else where. Then foe some reason she decidesto follow me to my car while I'm in my car and video tape me. How can I get my money back? Read more
I have visited this particular location a few times and normally have a fine experience. This time, however, was much different.... I asked for a water and the gave me a coke. When I asked them to please provide me the drink I ordered, the manager proceeded toroll her eyes and storm off like a petulant child. I then got home and realized that I was provided the wrong order. A word ofcaution to anyone visiting this location, check your order before you leave the window, and hope you get another employee who isin a better mood. Read more
Young cashier is undertrained. He lacked professionalism. Released baked potato without the sour cream. When I asked for sour... cream he made me wait and finished with another customer first. Baked potato and sandwiches were hardly warm. Poor service.Wendy's just lost a customer. Read more
I asked for no onions and they kindly took it upon themselves to substitute with their hair. Got this 02/19/2022 at around 8:25... p.m.. Typically a great location but not today. This was cooked within the cheese so pulling it out made it even nastier. I?lljust take the onions next time?. Read more

Came to this location last night. Long drive thru wait. Ordered (3) Crispy Chicken BLT's and a Biggie Bag. Requested the... sandwiches fresh. They refried/cooked some old Chicken patties that had been sitting and dried out, prior to me ordering myfood.. Also, they never mentioned, nor had a sign saying that they were out of tomatoes when I ordered the food. First & lasttime visiting this location! Read more
