Quick service. Asked me to hold for a solid 30 seconds. Pulled up to the drive through window after placing my order, and this... lady pops up in a Wendy?s shirt, who i can assume worked there since she didnt announce how much my total was or asked if iwanted any condiments. But my idea of ?good service? is making sure that the order is right. 10 piece meal with another 6 piecenuggets. Again, service was great, no long wait even on the lunch hour. I went to the Wendy's to dine in. There was one other customer in front of me. There were three staff members behind the... counter just talking among themselves every once in awhile They looked and saw us in line and no one ever approached us. Afterabout 5 minutes of them just looking at us The customer said are you guys open How come no one's taking our orders why you justlooking. Worst customer service. This is not isolated I've been in that Wendy's before and came up with the same situation. Idid follow a complaint at that time and apparently nothing has changed. Wendy's get new cooks! Or make it your priority to serve fresh food! I was served old, dried up, hard spicy chicken nuggets. And... the food is sometimes made sloppy. All these complaints y'all should be ashmaed! Do better!! Read more
So I literally work right across the street I decided it?s 10 o?clock it?s my lunch break my lunch break is only 30 minutes let... me swing by Wendy?s to get a salad I literally sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes for him to tell me to bear with him amoment I waited five more minutes refreshed him when he should?ve refreshed me and he said yes still give me a moment we?re alittle backed up right now I give it another five more minutes to get no response and I have literally wasted my entire lunchbreak sitting in line at the speaker box trying to order. Worst location will report to corporate this is unacceptable If Icould give 0 ?? stars I would. Worst experience ever at Wendy's. I'd give 0 stars. Save your gas and time, avoid this location. 20 min to get order... taken(2cars ahead). Order taker had headset on cussing at "Timothy". Get to window, 10 min they had my debit card, 5 cars behindleft. Get order, after another 10min. sandwiches wrong and dried out. Fries not even hot. Just wow. Decided to give this location one more shot after the last time about 2 weeks ago when my food and drinks were incorrect and... appeared to be dumped in the bag fries and nuggets upside down in the bag. The woman who supposably was the Manager had aterrible attitude. Today we get in the drive thru this sign after sitting in line for over 20 mins going one car at a time thewoman taking the orders had a careless tone didn't ask about the orders really expect this horrible attitude at the box to be soattractive at the window, only upside!! Horrible experience. The line was extremely slow so I assume they were probably just understaffed. After waiting and finally... ordering we got to the window and were told an item would take a few more minutes and they asked if we could pull up and wait.Waited for 20 minutes before going in to see what was going on. There were several employees standing around towards the backtalking instead of helping customers. I couldn't even get someone to come help me at the counter and just decided to cut mylosses and leave. I'm typically not someone who cares about profanity, but I shouldn't be hearing the f word every other word ina business. Very poorly managed location that you should avoid. Read more
