Just waited over an hour for a $33 mobile order I was charged for, never received, and was then told they couldn't give me a... refund for. According to the app i picked up my order at 6:37 (35 minutes after placing the order) but at 7:00pm STILL haven'treceived it! The cashier kept rolling her eyes at customers and denied 4 other customers refunds on their orders. This is thesecond consecutive time this location has managed to completely ruin an order. The food was good, but the taco salad I ordered for pickup was missing the chili and chips and didn't open the sealed bags to... discover it until I got home. Reading other comments here, missing items seems to be a common issue. I called the store but gotvoicemail so I left a message. Read more
So this location is probably the only Wendy's I'll order from. They have accidentally forgotten items which easily is... rectified by parking at the door past the drive thru and walking in. While I'll admit while placing your order the staff can becurt but none of the staff have been rude and usually carry on a good conversation at the pickup window. This was one of the worst Wendy's I've eaten from. The nuggets were undercooked, the burgers were so over cooked they were hard,... soda tastes terrible and like 4 workers were standing in our line of sight at the drive thru window just talking like they wereon break. Worst of all, a bigger female worker with glasses was just talking with them right in front of us, eating ice with hergloves on. Absolutely disgusting! It seems to. E getting harder and harder to find a decent Wendy's. The Wendy's on Cheyenne andLas Vegas Blvd is the most consistently good Wendy's I can find. Wendy you bad girl you! I hands down, whole heartedly used to say, "Wendy's never let me down." "They always come in clutch."... Not the other night. The Nuggets I ordered were cold and stale. The poor little French fries were served cold and I swear thefry container had every straggler piece that might have fallen on the floor behind the fryer. I arrived at 7pm and it's almost 30 minutes waiting on a order. I walked in to order. As we know drive thru gets priority... But... 30+ minutes for fast food. That's a 30 minute meal that can be made at home. ???? Read more
I?ve never been more disappointed in a meal. My Burbon Bacon burgers had NO BACON and hardly any toppings or sauce. They tasted... like a plain bun with a plain beef patty. I just threw them in the trash. ???? Read more
The place is messy, with no straws, no lids tables are not wiped down. My French fries were under cook. They were out of chili,... which happened to me the last time in the drive-through. Either they were not trained properly, or they don?t take pride intheir work. Either way, that's it for me. I gave it a 2nd chance I will not be wasting my money there again. Read more
