Aweful smell when entering restaurant. Cashier asked me if I could smell a foul order when entering. I said yes. It smelled like... the sewer. The cashier tried to blame the odor on the homeless person outside the front door. Its funny, because I didn't smellanything when I walked passed the person, only while inside. The food was decent . I'm just old fashioned I guess and believe that greeting customers should be "natural" (?) Gentleman never... spoke a word , as I purposely read the whole menu board lol , just to see how long it would take to acknowledge my presence????....crickets ! Read more
Trashy experience it does not matter your age range when you're serving food you serve it fresh and hot especially when you're... working for a company that has a billion dollar reputation. The neighborhood that we live in for the food to be so trashy it'sunacceptable but it's expected trust me. They could not do more than 1 order in the drive thru. I was ordering for lunch for my coworkers and myself. 3 orders. Not a... lot. All easy with nothing customized. And when I said I needed to pay 3 different times, they said they couldn't do it, that Ican come in and order 3 times. First time in any place this has happened. Read more
I tried to order online but as I was about to arrive at the restaurant the website crashed and wouldn?t let me check in so they... didn?t have my food ready upon arrival. However, it was ready within 2 minutes so I would just avoid ordering online. I wentafter that and this time went though the drive thru. They were very quick and didn?t disappoint.
