Terrible service. I waited 15 min in the drive thru behind one car. It was just us and we were not being helped at all. Then... they would not hand me my mobile order when I had selected drive thru. The guy was telling me mobile orders can only be pickedup inside and told me I had to cancel myself then order with him. Still no refund. Also this store is #4740 for those trying toleave a survey. They do not hand you the receipt for that reason.. Read more
So first off the drive through wasn't working so I checked by driving up to the window and knocking on it then at 12:45 pm no... baked potatoes were ready the chili I ordered was cold I had to let the line of cars waiting at the speaker that it didn't work the employees don't care they don't give a receipt. No one at counter. After a few minutes had to call to the back for someone to come out. No smile no nothing like it was an... effort to do her job. Checked our order fries wher almost cold and tasted old. The lettuce on sandwiche was wilted and slimy. Iask for my money back they said they could only return in a store card. I didn't want a store card because I will never go backto Wendy's. Manager made everything fresh (no lettuce). Will never go back. Read more

This is the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever come across and I?ve lived all over the United States. It?s the one closest to my house and... something is always missing from your order or food is flat out COLD. I?ll happily drive to the one further away from now on. This place needs some serious help! The drive they always takes at least 30 mins to get through! They always ask you to wait but... I don?t see why they are never that busy! I see why with all the bad reviews ! Talked to the manger one time about an issue withmy food, I think her name was Melissa, was very rude not professional at all! Food is always mediocre and customer service isterrible! Please stop going to this location ! They don?t deserve our business ! Someone need to step in and help thisstore! It seems as if everyone has the same experience at this location. Possibly the worst Wendy's in the city. There needs to be a... change at the management level because it seems the entire crew hates their job which is unfortunate. The woman who took myorder tonight was at least nice however upon pulling up to the drive thru I sat for around 5 min before having to say hello formy order to be taken. I could've sat for an hour and not get serviced. The food here is usually good but there needs to be somesort of retraining on how to service customers or, again, new management that actually cares about their job. Absolutely horrible. Waited fifteen minutes for one meal and I was the first person there. A huge line formed behind me. To top... that off I didn't get sauce or a straw, got extra food which I guess that's ok but it wasn't something I'd eat. Then to top itoff the beast that served me had the biggest attitude.
