Was helped by the manager. There was no one else in the dining room, about 6 cats in the drive thru. There was about 8 workers... behind the counter. I ordered a simple double meal with a chocolate frosty. I get the meal but not the frosty. Twice I signaledthe manager to try to get my frosty. Twice I was told to hang on and yet still no frosty. I waited another 2 minutes beforehaving to wave down someone to help me. I told them I wanted a refund, to which the manager finally gave me her attention sayingshe was extremely busy. I asked her what if there had been other diners who walked in, what would she do then? I asked her name,and she said something I couldn'tunderstand. Then she said I wish you would call. I have been in the drive through for 32 minutes and i have only seen 2 cars move through the line. This is my 3rd attempt to... visit this location and each time including this one, I have had the same issue each time. I have literally watched severalcustomers enter the restaurant and leave with no food complaining about the wait and lack of service during this visit alone.This is ridiculous. I can understand if there is a one off chance that something holds up service, but this is the 3rd time. Read more
I waited roughly 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru. I ordered their new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and Lemonade and waited... another 10 minutes to receive my order. Finally, I get home and get ready to eat my sandwich only to find out that they forgotto put the bacon and the cheese. Long story short, I waited 30 minutes total for a sandwich and a lemonade and the sandwichwasn't even made correctly. Read more
Worst spicy chicken i ever had Chicken fried to cardboard Lettuce piece wilted and fries cold

Would give 0 stars if possible. Two Chicken Asiago sandwiches missing the bacon, cheese, and tomato. Essentially received two... plain chicken sandwiches for the maximum cost. Would have adjusted order if the store had informed me upfront of missingingredients. That or the people working just don't care about accuarcy. Either way I'm disappointed. Read more
So we order $29.43 worth of Wendy's. Including 2 of the new chicken sandwiches in large sized combos (which are NOT big ) as... well as the classic grilled chicken sandwich and a large fry. So 1st of all we got a small Dr not a 3rd large. Also the frieswere cold. And myself and the 2 others eating the meal agreed that the sauce on the grilled chicken tasted sour. I've been in restaurant business for over 15 years. Expert critique when it comes to these business, and I have to tell you that... I very rarely leave reviews. And i know that this industry is tough to work in restaurant environment. With that being said, theservice was exceptional ???? and the food is the quality and care it takes to make it was served well. Alot of people complainabout the most frivolous things when it comes to low end restaurants, but I really have a huge heart and respect for the waythese employees work here. They cut my burger because it was a big burger, and they were very attentive to my needs. Noteveryone is perfect but I give this experience a 100+. I recommend this restaurant to people educated in hardwork. On top ofthis I will contact corporate and tell them what an exceptional and amazing experience this was and hopefully it will flourishinto a more exciting experience for other employees. Thank you Wendy's for training your employees properly. These guysdefinitely deserve credibility whenever it's needed and perhaps a raise as well. Read more
