Reviews for Virgil's Real BBQ - Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV
Absolutely delicious! This place is under rated & should be on that dinner show. You can't go wrong with anything you order... here. The brisket was perfectly seasoned & juicy. The chicken also perfect. The ribs, wow! The seasonings this place uses isincredible. Even the pork was great. The atmosphere was awesome & staff was super friendly & helpful. This place is reallyclean & a great place to eat & have some drinks. The vodka lemonade was amazing as well & probably the best priced drink for adouble. Get an appetizer as well cause they are delicious & filing. Trust me, you want to eat here & get some drinks. You won'tbe disappointed at all. Come on a empty stomach cause you just can't get enough. To the owner, great job! Please bring one toDenver Colorado. You won't be disappointed cause everyone loves some bbq ???? This place will be a must for my family & I onevery trip to Vegas & I will be sure to spread the word. Read more
First, I am mad at whoever made me eat so much delicious food. I was so full that I didn't eat until lunch the next day. ... Second, there are two different styles of bar-b-que. As my Mother explained to me as a child, there is wet and dry (smoked withvarious sauces). Virgil's has both. The food was so good I couldn't stop eating. There were three of us and we ordered andshared brisket and pulled chicken with Mac and cheese and baked beans, pulled pork and dry rubbed ribs with Mac and cheese andcollard greens, smoked half chicken with potato salad. The mistake we made was ordering fried pickles as the appetizer or nothaving an empty stomach. The wait staff (Michelle and Holly) was fun and friendly, as if they were our friends and we werehanging at their house for dinner. Okay, I digressed. Virgil's is definitely worth the visit (rather you sit inside or out).Just make sure to go with an empty stomach. I will add this to my redo list! Great place to go!!! Read more
Really great place to catch a bite or drink on the LINQ promenade. We ended up having breakfast, and that turned out well. The... brisket egg sandwich is heavenly! The avocado wrap was good but a bit bland. The breakfast potatoes are really good, if a touchover salted. The service was a bit slow, but they seemed understaffed so it's understandable. Oh, and the outdoor patio isreally nice. Definitely glad we stumbled upon Virgil's on our first day in Vegas! Read more
Decent BBQ….. Sat at the bar. Bartender was great. The smoked full wings are really great with a nice rub on the outside,... the meat is really moist and fall off the bone greatness. Look at my pic of the trash ribs, I ordered cause the guy beside mehad them - he said they were okay. They looked fabulous. But, unfortunately, not so much, to much sauce and ULTRA sweet. Wesplit a plate of brisket, I did not take a pic, cause we ate it to fast. The brisket got the four star review, very good. Read more
Great outdoor seating. Food was very good. We ordered the Big Pig, which they state is a meal for two. There was so much food, 4... people could have eaten. The brisket was soooo good, the ribs were very tender...everything was great. I wasn't a fan of thesauce that came on them, but you do have 3 options. The mango sauce was delicious, had the perfect amount of spice...I do notlike hot, and I thought it was delicious. They also have a hot barbecue sauce if you're in to that. I will definitely returnwhen back in Vegas! P.S. we started eating so fast, I forgot to take a picture...bit this is what was left after we finishedeating! Read more
Exceptional. Amazing service from Tiffany. They are very generous with their portions. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays... upstairs AND downstairs. There was so much meat on my beef brisket sandwich with the country bread that there was no possibilityof me finishing it. Awesome. My FAVORITE meal in Vegas in the last three days. The potato salad was killer. Very large portionon my wife’s happy hour nachos (she got the beef brisket). “Wow” is all I can say if you’re a BBQ fan. Read more
This location looked welcoming outdoor seating was a 45 minute wait so we elected to eat inside. We were taken upstairs where... nobody was at except one group of men who were leaving. It is a huge atmosphere and I was anxious for the live music but wasdisappointed the time moved from 6pm to 8pm that’s bull. The ribs were tough and tender in some places. That BBQ sauce washorrible in my Personal but my daughter loved it. Those fries were the winner of my entire palate. Wine was tasty and thebrisket took second place to the fries. If I ever come back I’ll get brisket with no BBQ sauce and dry ribs. The customerservice was non existent as I said they placed us in a secluded area which had me feeling left out. The area was clean and wellkept no flies or bugs since they kept doors opened. The elevator is a winner as well for disabled people like myself. The mashedpotato can stand for more milk and the beans were just the way I would make them at home. Read more
Everything was delicious. Our favorite was the Trainwreck fries. Definitely get the jalapeños on it. We normally would ask them... to not put it on but we wanted to try them unaltered and we’re so glad we did. They add a little fire and crunch. Seriously sogood. My pulled barbecue chicken was a little dry but it was still delicious. Read more
