I had the oxtail pho, and it was worth more than the menu price! Tender, juicy, broth tasted so good. You really can?t go wrong... with it. My gf had the Bu Lo Lac, but she had better. The spring rolls were crispy and flavorful. Totally recommend this place. Read more

We ordered special pho, bún bò Hu?, bò n??ng lá l?t, mì khô h?i v? (dry seafood noodles), vietnamese coffee. There are... rooms to be improved for sure. The price is high in our opinion. Menu is full of variety. $15+ large portions, big enough for 2ppl or one very hungry person. $15.95 bun bo hue was full of... goodies, and $9.99 chao gio (4pc) alot of veggies to wrap with. Everything tasted solid decent but lacking enough flavor. Greatplace for groups. 3.5 for flavor but big portions and offering of variety on the menu for anyone makes it a 4 star in mybooks. $15.95 Bun Bo Xao Xa, vermicelli was not our fav but was an enormous dish.I would not order their Rau Ma $4.95pennyworth drink again. First time here and it was AMAZING! We got the Oxtail Pho, Ribeye Steak pho and lettuce wrap eggroll! Deliciousness and flavors... dancing in our mouths! We did not regret choosing this place at all and happy we waited to try! Portions were very generous. Cannot wait to be back again! Read more

Good thing first: Their meat/toppings portion is in decent size compared to other restaurants, definitely good value. I was very... full Things that are not so good: As a Vietnamese, their food is not to my standard. They are not bad but they are not anythinggood. First, the Bun Bo Hue broth is not good. It?s supposed to taste sweet flavor from slow cooked bones but it definitelydoesn?t have it in this noodle soup. It?s more of like they cook every meat in a short amount of time and cover it with moretoppings to make it taste good. However, a foodie can recognize the difference. In this Bun Bo Hue, it has very little beef meatbut a lot of pork meat which is very weird because in Vietnam, we never put pork in this soup. So this shows somewhat the reasonwhy their broth is not good: they probably didnt cook with beef which would make the flavor much better. Anyway, I?m justdisappointed as I love Bun Bo Hue, I order Bun Bo Hue in any Vietnamese restaurant I went to. The second dish is justvermicelli with our toppings of choice. It?s very basic, nothing good or bad. You can find a better vietnamese restaurant Read more

01/18/22: I ordered from Viet Noodle Bar through Uber Eats. Got pho dac biet, chao ga, and goi cuon. Everything was pretty good.... All portions were generous, but to go packaging could be better, especially for people ordering food and staying at a hotel. It?s was hard to eat pho with the containers that were given. The packaging would be fine for a regular person eating at home. The pho itself was pretty good and the broth had nice flavor and aroma. Be cautious with the raw beef (thit tai). It needs tocook in the hot broth. The chao ga was tasty. There was lots of chicken breast meat (I prefer dark) and fresh toppings (ginger, fried onions, cilantro). The goi cuon was decent. I didn?t care for the thit nuong (grilled pork), but like the more traditionalone (pork, shrimp) better. I wish there was more fresh herbs in the rolls instead of just rice noodles and lettuce. The dippingsauces (hoisin/peanut, nuoc cham) were standard and nothing memorable. Read more
