Reviews for Via Brasil Steakhouse in Las Vegas, NV
I came here for brunch, the price was pretty descent, the meats were good, the drinks from drink specials for brunch were not.... If you wanna get a good drink go to the bar, the bar tender is really good. The buffet bar is much better during dinner, ofcourse you pay more for it. The service is really good, everyone is very attentive. Read more

My husband surprised me with this visit for our anniversary. This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. We arrived... as they opened with reservations and were provided a cocktail menu until they seated us. The hostess explained the process so wewould be familiar once they came to our table. I had the watermelon martini, which had a beautiful presentation and was verytasty. The hubby had Chivas on the rocks. We were seated within 5 minutes and provided our cocktails. Another hostessimmediately came to our table to request our appetizer and sides, and described the items to us. She was so very kind andsophisticated in her appearance and demeanor. They quickly began to come out with each meat and nothing disappointed. Theservers were exceptional, all accommodating, professional and friendly. Favorites were the bacon wrapped filet, tri tip, primerib, garlic steak and grilled shrimp. Everything was great, but these were just seasoned exceptionally well and just melted inyour mouth. We tried absolutely everything, with the exception of the salmon and chicken hearts. The rolls were unique and verytasty. Our sides were asparagus and fried bananas (which were fantastic, in my husband's words) and our appetizer was friedzucchini. Truly everything, including the ambiance and servers, was exceptional. They topped our evening off with a surpriseglass of champagne and strawberries to toast our anniversary, and I took a piece of cheesecake home for a late dessert, as wewere already in the food coma. We'll definitely be back! Read more

*The Brunch Spot for You* Saturday & Sunday. Get off the Las Vegas strip and get to this restaurant! If you are a meat lover... this place is for you. This was our first time and the restaurant did not disappoint. We arrived early and made our way to thebar for coffee, mimosas, and bloody Mary’s until our table was ready. We watched as the the bartender was hand pressing freshorange juice! The cool music set the fabulous vibe! This restaurant is in the corner of a small strip mall and is a hidden gem.Scott L., our server, and his team were outstanding! We felt comfortable and welcome. Scott explained the process and we tookhis advice and “paced ourselves.” When seated he gave us a card…Meat up means keep the meat coming, meat down means..Nomeat. Just wow! Once you tell your server at what temperature you like your meat…they take care of the rest. Meat just keepson rolling out on a skewer and thin slices are cut for you. You grab the sliced meat with your tongs. There is an omelette andcrepe station and an amazingly fresh salad bar that also has breakfast sides. Mashed potatoes, fried banana, and little cheesebread is served…oh yum! This won’t be our last time here. We can’t wait to bring friends and family to enjoy thisrestaurant! Read more
It's been some time since I wanted to eat here. Heard about the place but never had the chance to go until yesterday. The place... is gorgeous! The food was delicious. Had all meat cuts shortly after we arrived. Each meat was more delicious than the other. Ithink one of the meats was garlic steak, the other was bacon turkey. Both delicious! The salad bar is very varied and offersvegetables, noodle salads, different antipasto salad, and the ever there rice and beans, very Brazilian style. In the rodizzio, you may request eggs Benedict, made to order, roasted pineapple, and roasted cinnamon bananas. What a treat! They have a dessertcart going around too, but we didn't have any. We were full. This was all-you-can-eat brunch for a little over 30 dollars perperson, tax included, unless you have liquors of any kind. Read more
