Took the family out to a new place. Apparently this was the 2nd night they were open. Its starts out with an elevator ride to... the top of the Palms casino, above the Ghost Bar. We arrived and stepped out of the elevator to a well designed and appointedrestaurant. We were promptly greeted by the hostesses and gave out information. We were quickly sat at our table and reallyjust enjoyed the evening. We ordered a bunch and shared across the whole table. The food was awesome as well. The service wasnothing short of spectacular and we were never left wanting for anything with the staff always being in the ball. If you wantgreat food, service, and a beautiful view, give it a try. We will be back soon! Read more
Outstanding service, incredible panoramic view, amazing food. Everything we ordered exceeded my expectations. They had a... special of the day which was a vegetable and prosciutto board which was out of this world (picture attached). For 3 of us threegrand total after tip was 280$ which felt like very good value for the experience we had. I'll be back here again. Read more
Loved everything about this restaurant, from the food, to the staff (especially our server, Shannon), to the view. Don't miss... the pastrami foie gras! We liked it so much that we went back again before we leave Las Vegas. Our favorite dishes this timewere the fazzoletti with lamb ragu and the vegetable appetizer (six vegetables, each prepared differently with salad andprosciutto). Read more
We had a retirement dinner for a good friend and Co-worker here at Vetri Cucina and it was one of the most amazing dining... experiences " I " , we've ever had. The only thing better than the outstanding food was the service. We felt so special andwelcome. The food was over the top! We (9) nine of us enjoyed dinner family style. it's not on the menu however, you can ask andthey will put it together in spectacular fashion! We had; Foie Gras Pastrami with brioche and mostarda. Sweet Onion Crepe withwhite truffle fonduta. Beef Tartare with giardiniera and rye cracker. Chestnut Rigatoni with wild boar ragu. Saffron Fusilliwith lobster, tomatoes and pernod. Pappardelle with beef ragu and smoked mushrooms. Mesquite Grilled Seafood Misto with lemonand olive oil. Carter Country Ribeye '40oz" , "Fiorentina" with chicories and beans. Whole Roasted Bass with potatoes andartichokes. Coconut Bonet with seasonal fruit. Sicilian Pistachio Flan with milk chocolate gelato. Gorgonzola Dolce withpersimmon jam and honeycomb. More than enough to share with great company. Remember it's not where you eat or what you eat. It's about who you eat it with... We were seated next to the windows overlooking Las Vegas and it was Grand. We can't thank theentire staff enough for making dinner celebration such a special memory. Shout out and Kudo's to Lee ! Outstanding serviceSir! Overall 5, Food 5, Service 5, Ambiance 5. Read more
Wow, this place completely changed my mind about italian food! I've always been so skeptical since it's always just been meat,... boiled pasta, and sauce but this place has some dazzling dishes with the most complex flavors. Their lobster pasta and meatdumplings were the star of the show, in my opinion, and I was fortunate enough to try almost all of the menu in our party! Iwill say that their featured items, including the steak and salted fish, although incredible in appearance, were nowhere nearworth the listed price! The service was great, and their wine recommendations were spot on. I was also a fan of their waterglasses! Pro tip: as their location is on their 50+ floor, get a table with a view! Read more
New Italian restaurant off the Strip , Vetri is part of the new line of venues opening at the Palms throughout their renovation.... Vetri occupies the former space of Alize and the design is very nice with amazing views of the Strip. Service is top notch andyou can tell that all the dishes are prepared with a lot of detail, technique and ultimately taste delicious. Just note theprice point is $$$$ due to the smaller portions, especially with the pastas. If you plan on skipping the entrees and just wantto dine on pasta, you may have to order at least 2 dishes for yourself or look to share multiple pastas family style withothers. Read more
Food is amazing! Very small food portions, we start of with 3 antipasti, 2 pasta & 2 secondi which my veal chop Milanese tasted ... fishy (maybe from the oil) It was very unpleasant. Service is good. View is stunning. Read more
