New location bringing another coffee spot to Summerlin. Typical coffee shop vibe with lots of room, but limited seating for... larger groups. I tried a seasonal item and main menu item as recommended to me by the kind staff. Honestly neither wereexceptional. I love this coffee shop. The coffee is on point. Every coffee type I have tried has been tasty. The shop itself is very clean... and the service is fast. Sometimes I feel like I am too easy with my reviews, giving five stars far too often. I really regret it especially when I... encounter a place that truly stands out such as this one. It would need an extra star beyond just five. I have been to manyamazing European coffee places that serve freshly brewed single origin coffee and this one would outclass many of them. Theirbatch brew had a delicate smell and taste indicating true skill and high standards for coffee preparation. Places where I canenjoy a high quality brew without having to suppress the taste with milk are rare in the US. Their tasty almond croissantcomplemented this superb experience, so I can confidently say this was the best cup of coffee I?ve enjoyed so far in Vegas. I was in the area and wanted a bag of espresso grind for home use. I found this place and boy, are we happy! They have so many... different roasts! It makes it hard to choose, so we got three bags! We were served right away. The lattes were great but thesandwiches were sensational! The breakfast sandwich I had? the eggs were so fluffy, the bun was warm and soft, the sausage wasthe right kind of spice and there was a slight drizzle of maple syrup on it. Just as I was wondering if the egg was fresh, I gotthe teeniest-tiniest bit of shell in that bite..! Well there was my answer right there.
