This is my first time reviewing anything publicly online but with this place I have too. This place is one of the closer places... to where I work and every time I ordered it does not disappoint. The pesto pizza is the absolute best and a must recommend. Iplan on dining in one of these days if I get the chance. Great food, the one time I called about my order the person who pickedup was super nice and respectful. I don’t see why it has anything less than 5 stars. Read more

I used to frequent this place for a couple years, about 8-10 years ago, when I worked in Chinatown. Back then it was called Cafe... Verdi. The food was about the same, so was the service. I remember enjoying it more back then but I was sad to see that theservice hasn't improved that much, and by that I mean that even when dining in, we weren't offered anything to drink. They hadsodas and bottled water for sale but I was already low on cash and paid $2 to get my son a can of soda, and yes, I said a can.I, myself, would have been content with a cup of water but there was no such option that I could see available anywhere. Theworst part, which is the part that I wish they had improved on since I used to come a decade ago, is that they are sounbelievably cheap on the paper plates they give to diners and they only give you one. My plate was breaking apart with multipleholes in it from just the first slice of pizza alone. I mean, I still like this place, especially for the nostalgia. But as acustomer, I think it's past time that they stepped their game up. I don't know what the reason was for the name change, but Ihope it wasn't service-related. The food seemed more-or-less the same so it didn't seem like they changed management, althoughI'm glad they don't have employees openly picking toppings off of customers' pizzas and eating them right off the pizza in frontof other customers which was a gripe I had about them 10 years ago. Then again, I only went back this one time so far so for allI know that could still be happening. All in all, I think if this business appreciates their customers, which I'm sure they do,they should show it more. In my opinion, it would be worth it for them to spend a little more time/effort/money on customersatisfaction (i.e. offer a cup of water and at least double up on those garbage plates, and maybe mention that if the customerneeds more of anything such as: water, napkins, utensil, plates, etc, then more are available upon reque Read more

I've always enjoyed Verdi for my pizza delivery. Close to home. Not greasy, always included paper plates, napkins, red pepper... packets. Except for this last order. No anything, just the pizza. Disappointed. Read more

Really bad service. We were so hungry and been craving for pizza and pasta so we’ve decided to go to this place. We’ve been... sitting for over 30mins without getting our orders taken. The guy didn’t even ask us if we want anything to drink. They keeptelling us to wait until we decided to just leave. They should’ve been honest since the beginning that’s it’s gonna take awhile. Really disappointed and ruined our night! Read more

the worst pizza I've ever had in my 45 years on this planet Took 3 hours for my food to arrive, was cold and dry. Sausage is... similar to ground up jerky. Called to ask why my food took so long to arrive, rude lady hung up on me. Absolutely disgustingfood and people. Disputing my purchase with the bank to get my money back. ???? Read more
