An amazing restaurant for someone who is looking for healthy options on the Las Vegas Strip. Located right at the entrance of... the Forum Shops at Caesars. There’s also an accompanying True Bar next to the restaurant. Beautiful ambience, great openseating with the views of gorgeous Roman style architecture . The restaurant is very clean and modern, welcoming and relaxingatmosphere. They have seasonal menu options ( which they change depending on a season ) and their menu is really diverse withmany Vegan/ Vegetarian/ Gluten free options. The presentation of food was very nice and beautiful. They make great food, whichis healthy ( organic and sourced locally) and delicious and fresh as well. The food is so delicious and flavorful, unlike mostfood from restaurants, it doesn’t feel as processed, and you won’t feel like you had a heavy meal. Portion sizes are veryreasonable. The service is awesome and extremely friendly staff. The meals were prepared fast and they were fresh andflavorful. A unique restaurant in an entire city of Las Vegas, you can not find another menu like this anywhere. Overall:excellent experience, delicious and healthy food, fabulous service. Enjoyable meal. There was a great range of salads and vegetarian options. I particularly liked being able to scan the QR code to... look at images of the different dishes available, which I haven’t seen anywhere else. The ingredients all tasted very fresh.Food was all at a great temperature, and potion sizes were generous. I found there was chilli in my salad dressing which I wouldhave appreciated knowing prior to ordering, and the restaurant was extremely loud with not much to absorb the sound, butotherwise a positive experience. I was very surprised to get such high quality food from a shopping center. Everything tasted fresh. Each item we ordered tasted... great, from the salad to the burger. Probably one of the best grass fed burgers I’ve had. Definitely recommend checking thisplace out. Read more
If you are looking for extremely healthy options then this is the place for you. I got Rose sangria and the other is a... watermelon monitor. Both were very good. We also got the summer corn soup and it had a hard pepper bite, which was great. Thenwe did roasted cauliflower bites which were very good! I got lasagna bolognese which was a smaller portion then I expected forthe price but was great tasting. For dessert I did the chocolate cake with housemade vanilla ice cream. It was the perfectending to the brunch! The ceiling says BE TRUE and the whole Cafe was very cutesy decorated. Read more
