I used to love this place for their smoothies. I even overlooked the price and inconsistency in texture and taste, and that the... drive through at this location (Skye canyon) would regularly request tips which I have never seen done before. I?ve worked incustomer service, I can empathize. But today there were MANY short white/blonde hairs allllll in my smoothie. Not fruit fibers.Hair. Not sure if it?s from cut head hair, an animal or some type of soft bristle brush but GROSS. I even let my 1 year old sipon it before I figured it out. Store Phone number is ?unavailable?. I am very disappointed with the food quality. This is 3rd time it is happening. Food was smelling pungent. It was 100% stale... food. I have thrown away all the food. I had to order from other restaurant. Food is always inconsistent in terms of quality andquantity. Please see the pictures as well. I have taken some pictures which shows how bad the food quality is and anyone can endup in hospital if the person eat that food. Not at all acceptable. Read more

I've gone here before and it tasted great, but two hours before they close, we got told that they "weren't taking orders for 20... minutes because they needed to count their drawers" I work in a restaurant. Not only does it not take 20 minutes to count yourdrawers, but you also do that at the end of the night AND you don't need everyone on shift to do it. One person could take aquick two drink order-- no substitutions-- because no one else is around and it's decently late. I ordered a watermelon mojito smoothie today, but asked for the strawberries to be taken out as I am allergic and to replace... with mango. I also asked to take out the watermelon as I did not think it would taste good with the mango. Despite waiting 20minutes for the person in front of me to get their order, I get my order and it is the normal watermelon mojito smoothie withthe strawberries. I am still in shock actually of my visit last week. I wish the workers would just measure the ingredients and there would be no... issues I'm sure . I ordered my same smoothie as always and my daughter got something else . We went through the drive thru andleft but when i drank it I could tell it was overly sweet . Pretty sickening actually but we were close to home so I figuredI'd give to my g son . He also said yuk . Too sweet So I decided to call the store for a remake but was hung up on after I toldthe girl the issue. She laughed at me the 3rd call saying bad connection. ( doubtful). She thrn tells me that I complainedbefore and they want me to take my business elsewhere. I said excuse me ? I was in shock. I had complained 1x before ever ! Isaid I'd Lome to speak to a Mgr and she said she was the Mgr. I said I don't believe you because she was 1st of all hanging upon me 2x then telling a paying guest to go elsewhere that they don't want my business. She offered her name proudly and evenspelled it out. SERENITY...I told her I would be sure to let the person above her know how she treats their guests. It'sreally annoying because this location is super convenient but it's a hit or miss on taste . 7$ a smoothie is a nice chunk andvery aggravating when you purchase and it's a waste of money and time . Drove through the drive through and not an answer. Sat waiting for about 5 minutes?nothing. We drove over to check the hours of... operation on the door and sure enough the drive through was open until 12pm..mind you it?s just after 10pm now. I decided to goback through and drive up to the actual pickup window. They final decided they couldn?t Ignore me and told me the speaker wasbroken and took my order. I highly doubt the speaker was broken. Why was there not a sign put out saying so? I?m sure they justwanted to clean up and get out early. This all happened on Saturday June 11th. My smoothies were terrible. They tasted like ice.. My food was labeled incorrectly. Instead of biting into a buffalo chicken... wrap, I bit into a shrimp wrap. I don't eat seafood. You can imagine how disgusted I was.. There was no one in front of me. Noone in the lobby. So they weren't busy.. Definitely a waste of $40. Read more

Employees shouldn't ask for tips, makes me feel like the quality of my product is at stake ???? I typically have a pretty good... experience at this location but tonight was very bad! 1. I wasn't greeted, I actually had to say something. 2. When I gave theemployee my card to pay, he gave me my receipt but not my card????.. I asked my son where my card was because I knew theemployee didn't give it back to me and almost as if he was waiting to see if I'd notice, he gave me my card and tried to actlike it was an accident. That alone was enough to make this a one star experience but the cherry on top was.. 3. The smoothiesucked!! I have to constantly remind the employees that this particular smoothie comes with an edible straw AND my straw wasbroken!! I would love to speak to the owner because I am a frequent visitor.
