Was just at rainbow and spring mountain one in las vegas walking in the door. No sign or anything it's 5:51on a Saturday was... told they are closed on inside drive thur only. I felt I was single out there was a lady already in there and 3 employees. I'vebeen to tropical smoothie with one employee and it was open inside. Only one car in drive way I didn't understand why theysingle me out decided to leave. I'm not comfortable with drive thrus I can't see what is going on and it's often very narrow formy car. Read more
Employee Joy is very immature. For working with teenagers she definitely takes the cake with acting childish. Very poor... management skills and treated employees terribly in front of customers. Read more
This location is in the Walmart parking lot on Spring Mt and Rainbow . This was my first time going to this one . I have to... say , this is a sad location . I have been to several in town and the interior and vibe is just sad . I am glad I ordered mineon the app , so I didn't have to wait long . Of course there was no one sitting inside when I came in and when I left there wasone car in the drive thru . My smoothie was as expected and I have no complaints about that . It was $7 for my smoothie whichI think could be a little cheaper . I know they are better quality than McDonald's $4 smoothie , but I think $5.99 would be amore reasonable price . Oh well . After reading so many bad reviews for this location , I probably won't come back here eventhough it is closer to my house . I usually go by the one on West Charleston by Town Center after I do a trail nearby forexercise . Read more
I just wanted to comment about the staff that was working today! I stopped going to tropical smoothie when ice was being put... into the drinks and they taste watered down, but I'm pregnant and I was starving! Oh My Goodness!!! It was a little bit of await which was no problem, they let me know how busy they were. The gentleman that took my order was very kind and funny, theyoung women that made my drinks and smoothies were also very nice. But they topped it off with how good everything was! Iordered a chicken pesto panini ???? it was so good, I might drive back now and get one if they are still working. The drinks ofcourse, were a bit watered down because of the ice but that's just how the drinks are made, they were still so Very good! It'sprobably my hormones that made me happy to thus extent but it truly is hard to find good places that offer wonderful service andexcellent food! I came for a smoothie to this location No one ever helped me at the drive thru . So I drove over to the window . This Guy with... no mask said yes we are open are you here to order? He knew I was there to order . He walked away instead of helping me and hadtwo other girls helped me. Very poor customer service from his part . Also why isn?t he wearing a mask while working? Just went today on my lunch break to get the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. As I pulled into the drive thru the worker was outside... smoking a cigarette. Then as I pull to the front I see him come in and begin to make my order. I asked the guy at the window ifhe washed his hands and he says yes. I get my sandwich it?s not cut in half like it usually comes, and it?s so runny like theguy did something to it because I said something about him not washing his hands! 7:30 pm, the store doesn't close until 9pm but they're ONLY doing smoothies. I'm going to guess that the staff wanted to go home... earlier so they broke everything down early/ started pre-cleaning so they're would be less to do at close. Needless to say I didnot order anything bc I literally drove here JUST for a wrap. Read more
