I have been to this location numerous times and everytime I go there they are always out of some food item or ingredient needed... for the smoothies or food choices on the menu. I was just at this location this past week and there was a sign on their menuthat they were completely out of all food items. So I ordered a smoothie and asked for whey protein, and guess what, they wereout of whey protein also. The management/owner of this location definitely needs to learn how to order food from their suppliersbetter in addition to learning how to properly manage inventory. Read more
I ordered from Tropical Smoothie and they just sat my sh-- at door no call no text so I took the also sack was open a I called... tropical smoothie to say my package was not closed on a secure by she said yes it is I sad no it's opened anyone can touch myfood as nobody knocked on my door and a random person knocked and handed my husband my food wasn't even uber???? she told me Ineeded note that I said my account stated knock and drop she started yelling so I hung up on her anywho the worker had the nerveto call me back and say um I was just talking to someone and they hungup on me I said I sure did and now I will be reportingyour azz too she kept screaming aain I hung up I'm not arguing with someone on a phone as she continued to yell like thesepeople are real crazy I know if a customer hangs up on me last thing i?d do is call back to yell at a customer poor delivery andpoor customer service never ordering from this location ever!! Ordered online for pick up. Got here, the front doors were locked with all the inside lights off. I saw both employees sitting... outside smoking. I waited at the door patiently in case they were on break. Once the gentleman finally came inside for a drivethru customer, he sees me standing outside and just points to the drive thru. No signs on the door for direction orreasoning. Once I get to the window I can't even stay in my complaint because the girls on the phone having a full-blownconversation then have the nerve to give me attitude when I asked for straws. I suggest the manager gets this specific Bluediamond franchise chain in order because it is an embarrassment to tropical smoothie as a whole. I work in the same shopping center as this Tropical Smoothie so walking there is more convenient and efficient then going... through the drive-thru. Stopped by for lunch, food great, loud vulgar music playing, so loud, hard to hear when placing order. Was going to eat there... but left because of music. Saw mother come in with daughter and immediately left as well. I am not judging ones choice of music,but I do not believe I have to listen to discriminating, vulgar language when I eat out. I will not be coming back to thisrestaurant, I am a regular customer of these restaurants as I am all over town daily, but defiantly never this one again! Read more
Horrible experience today. My smoothie tasted delicious until strips of plastic kept coming up the straw. I let the first one go... because I understand things happen but I get some almost every time I try and drink. I got a large and I couldn?t drink it. Thisis right by my work but I will drive elsewhere to buy my smoothies in the future. Read more
Unfortunately I left my credit card at the drive thru, very interesting as my card was NOT charged for the smoothie (friday nite... April 1, 2022). Seems they intentionally did not give the card back to me. I did not realize they had my card as that was thelast place I went to that night (about 6:15 pm). I got a prompt from my bank stating that there is a potential fraudulent chargethat nite, and it was fraudulent. My fault that I left my card there, but the fraudulent charges is total dishonesty on theworkers within.
