Love how they make a smoothie but it doesn't taste right so you go back with the smoothie that you kept in your freezer because... you couldn't go back that day & the receipt & they won't make another one just because it was a comp drink from T mobile Tuesday& also they treat you like trash - nice work Tropical Smoothie! Visited the place last Sunday at 5:36pm I saw the ad sign on wall: Happy Hour, buy 2 smoothies get 1 free smoothie. So I asked... the girl at the cashier to confirm the promotion and she said "YES". So I ordered 3 smoothies but I was charged 3 smoothies:6:59(3)=19.77 with happy hour discount 2.60 USD = 18.61(+1.44tax). So I went back to ask the girl again and she said " That wasit is, cant do anything". She then walked to the back of the counter and disappeared behind the door. Went to this location a few months ago to pick up an online order that was made through the Tropical Smoothie website. Upon... entering there was a line of six customers in the pickup area, the employees were not able to decipher which drink and food wentto the customer since all the cups were white with no labels and the bags were just piled up on the counter. After about 15minutes in the pickup line I was up and they asked what I ordered, showed the person my order, they proceeded to make my order.About 20 minutes later I was handed a drink and bag. Walked out to the car to discover that he order was not correct. Instead ofwasting more time I just left. Today was an attempt to rectify the previous experience, I tried to order online again, butthere was no option of paying with a gift card. So drove over and walked into a store with no customers, so figured there wouldbe no confusion this time. Ordered at the counter and the total rang up a different price than online, I just let that pass, andproceeded to pay with a TSC gift card. The counter employee did not know how to redeem at the register, so he called a lady fromthe back, the then tried and was unable to either. The original gentleman asked me to step aside as other customers walked in. Idid and watched them serve other customers as they walked in, after 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from either employee asthey stared at walking by doing their work, I just walked out. I will not come back to this location even though it's close asthe employees are very rude when busy, and incompetent at other times. Save your time, fustration, and money by choosing anotherstore. I ordered online on my way to work. Store opens 6am Mondays and is 24 hours other days. I show up and it?s closed. No one... inside. This is unacceptable! Not only did I waste my time and gas but now I Have no breakfast!! This is horrible, way to startmy day. I came in last Monday June 29th & now today Monday July 6th and it is closed yet again during business hours. It?s7:15 am and it?s supposed to be open 6am on Mondays. Very disappointed yet again. Everything on the menu is healthy, and the staff is very pleasant. Had the Turkey and Bacon Sandwich and an Orange Ginger... Smoothie, and I was full. Actually still trying to finish the Smoothie???? My son had the BBQ Chicken Wrap and the StrawberryBanana Smoothie. Of course the wrap was so good, he had a second one. Reasonable prices! Read more
