The most horrible experience I?ve had. Valerie or Samantha was the most pathetic, disrespectful bad mouthing, clearly did not... like or care for her job. I went thru the driveway after waiting for what seemed like 30 minutes, I finally got my meal, I toldmy daughter to open up the sandwich to see if it was the right order, she said it looks bad. The cheese looked like it wasthrown in there, was cold and when I went inside to let them know, the cook Valerie or Samantha admitted she didn?t know how tomake a grilled cheese sandwich, and when I told her she needed to learn, she said she didn?t give a fu? and didn?t care to bethere. If I can give 0 stars I would. First, Workers taking my order we?re acting very childish messing around laughing. Waited about... 15-20 mins in the drive through window for 1 smoothie, 1 sandwich. Drove home about 25 mins since I live north Las Vegas only tobe eating my sandwich which still had the deli paper from the turkey in it!!! Please do not come here. The workers themselves have ok customer service but the ?store manager ? ?Johnny? has to be the worst... manager I?ve ever come across. First of all he?s not the store manager he does not own this location he simply lied. I orderedfrom my app last night and added avocado spread but there was none on the wrap. I called in the girl I spoke to was kind andtold me to come in or call the next day for a refund or a remake Rutherford while the manager was there and she would write myname down. When I called today to see when I would need to come in to get my refund I explained exactly above and ? Johnnys?response for was ? Ok so what are you calling me for. He then asked did I have the receipt there?s a recipient on the app andthe store associate didn?t print out the final receipt so he gave me the order receipt. ?Johnny? refused to accept these formsof receipts and said he would remake it when I said I would like my refund because to be quiet honest I didn?t trust himpreparing my food with his horrible attitude so then he just simply hung up right in my face I was absolutely flabbergasted! Ilive in Summerlin and felt like I was on the West side of Vegas. I was kind and curious and even asked if he could change histone because it was offensive to me and he refused. When I asked was there someone above him I could speak to or call he saidno. I had to google Tropical Smoothie complaint number to file my complaint and be issued my refund. One of the better locations I've been to. I've tried many in Las Vegas, and most of them make smoothies that taste like... watered-down juice. This one, on the other hand, makes pretty good-tasting items. The only problem and the reason I give fourstars is that multiple times I have gone here and my food takes forever to be made. Read more
Not much of a problem with the food.. but I just now realized on the 22nd of November when I went through the drive through, I... didn't get a receipt. I asked for it afterwards. I just realized there was a tip automatically placed on the bill. This is adrive through. What service did I receive other than being charged and handed what I ordered through a window??
