Very very slow with not many people in line in the drive thru or inside. Took about 25 mins to get a smoothie. Main reason there... was only one person working on the store at 1pm which doesn't seem right. Management should probably hire more people to improvework flow. Read more

I went to the Southern Highlands location and got the worst customer service ever. No answer in the drive-through. Went to the... front saw the sign says open made eye contact with the worker. After that I went through the drive-through again no answer. Itook pictures of this guy doing nothing. Once he saw this, he called 911 lied and said I banged on the window and threatenedhim. This place is honestly a joke. The food and smoothies come out with poor quality after waiting for nearly 20 minutes with no... cars in front of me. It?s been like this for months. They read the reviews and do nothing about it. Not sure who the manager isbut they should be fired for not doing their job. Absolutely horrible experience. Smoothies had no flavor, we're bland and plain. Ordering took forever, the wait to get drinks... was even longer. When we got to the window to pay, the smell of weed rolled out the window. Was quite obvious the 2 employees weinteracted with had just gotten high. Against better judgment we went thru with the transaction, but didn't bother to go backafter tasting the drinks, as it's obvious the management at this location does not care, at all. This store is very near my home. Unfortunatley, they are typically out of certain items used for the smoothes. They have been... out of ginger. As I enter i find loud and blaring Hop Hop / rap music it feels more than a club rather than. There are employeeson their cell phones....I also ordered a Baja wrap ot took 45 minutes to get my order....too much sauce, I took 3 bites andended up throwing it away. Not everyone us wearing a uniform. As a former Baskin Robbins miltiple unit franchisee It is dificultto see this business being run into the ground. I will now visit the TC on St. Rose. I love Tropical Smoothie and the sad part is I live in Southern Highlands and every time I come to this Tropical smoothie there... is always an issue. I tried again today same story waiting for 10min at the dive thru and came into the store and the drivethru worker was on his phone.....lol must be nice to get paid and make customers come inside. While I am writing this reviewthere is a lady that is complaining about the team not using proper sanitary equipment, gloves. Who ever owns this location youneed to take a closer look at your business I am telling you, you are losing business and money. I went to the location today to get a smoothie. I had to call while in the drive thru to let them know I am trying to get a... smoothie. After 20 minutes of waiting, they tell me the drive thru is closed due to a shift change. Now we are stuck in thedrive thru till one car pays to get the smoothie for the rest of us to get out. This is the worst location in Las Vegas. Avoidcoming here at all costs if you value good customer service and not wasting your time. Very unprofessional and chaotic. Every time I come here, I hope for a better experience than the previous and always disappointed. They're always very, very... slow. Takes several minutes for someone to answer the drive thru speaker, several more minutes to make the smoothie. If you'rehoping to get your order in a reasonable amount of time, this place isn't it.
