9/20/22- tuesday evening... there's a store employee, white short lady with long hair who worked around 530-630pm who is a BIG... liability to that business... she has a very poor customer service capabilities and not commendable at all.... she is a zero!!!! the saver was the guy who I highly appreciate for taking good care of my complaint... whoever the manager of this branch,please take a look at this scenario because you'll gonna lose customers with an employee with very dismal attitude and customerservice!!! Unbelievable, fiancee went at 11pm to pick up online order. Virtually no one else there except for a young kid with a nose ring.... Upon arriving home to open the bag, turns out to be a completely different order from more than 8 hrs earlier for someoneelse. Tried ringing the store, no answer, left a message, finally had to drive back. How does one get an order so completelywrong when it's literally the only active order placed at the time? If the graveyard shift is an excuse for such carelessness,do all a favor and simply adjust your hours. But employing ppl like this does you no favors, anytime of the day. Read more
I don't normally write & post on poor reviews but this is truly one I can't shake off. Simply because "i CARE". This has been an... ongoing pattern of disappointing visits in the past couple of months. There is so many issues with this location Overall and itneeds to be addressed immediately! I am a true professional F & B operations manager / consultant, I'd be more than happy tohelp provide solutions so that your business will thrive into the future for all to enjoy a smoothie with grade A class act. It?s 10:08 PM and the door is locked with no one in sight. Sign says they?re supposed be open till 2 AM and there were no... visible signs near the door or windows stating otherwise. I really wanted my chicken chipotle club after a big workout too. ???? Read more
