Cleanest Tropical Smoothie Cafe I?ve ever seen. The windows are spotless and the tables and floors are pristine. No sticky... stuff anywhere. The owners/managers clearly care about this business. Way better experience than other locations in town. This will be my go to location on cleanliness alone. Read more

Finding out the orange ginger glow was discontinued was a bummer but what really blew my mind was this location not having... blueberries and unable to substitute anything with blueberries with a different fruit? The employee taking my order eitherdidn't want to listen or didn't understand, but the whole thing was an incredibly frustrating experience. Definitely won't bereturning to Tropical Smoothie locations anytime soon, the orange ginger was the best and the mango magic I settled for tastedlike depression and sadness. Read more

I get pretty good service most days. However, I had an uncomfortable encounter with an older female worker. I asked for more... details about a deal/special their sign had. I heard her insult me in another language, thinking I wouldn't understand, and whenI proceeded to say something to her, she switched back to English. It's a shame this is the nearest location across my campus.Is it a crime to ask for clarity on what I am paying? I almost always leave a tip here but knowing someone like that works here;it's not worth it. Please talk to your staff! Read more

I only gave 3 stars because I pre ordered my meal, and when I got there I still had to wait another 25 minutes and then got... handed the wrong drinks, so on top of that had to wait for new drinks to be ordered, all while my food was sitting on the sidein a bag so by the time I ate it, it was barely warm. so I only give 3 stars, lucky they don't get 2 stars. staff was notfriendly either especially when they made the wrong drinks and had to remake correct drinks, staff was very rude. Pretty disappointed- bacon quesadilla, didn?t have any bacon lol I can taste or see . I would never go there again .

This place does not deserve even 1 star. Update for my previous review from last night 8/2/21. I called this morning 8/3/21... trying to get a hold of the manager. It just kept on ringing then went to a generic vm with a computerized greeting with onlythe phone number. I left a message for the manager to call me. I don?t think the manager will even call. People do not go tothis location or the one on Flamingo. I rather go to Jamba Juice it?s way better than Tropical Smoothie. They been around a lotlonger because they know how to run their business and employees not like this trashy place. Read more
