Worst Pizza I ever had in my life. Worst Food ever had. I Wish no one ever has to eat such total garbage in their life. Got my... pizza delivered and it was Cold, Soggy, wet, stuck to the box. Taste like total food waste. It's like vomit in a box. Totallydisgusting. Stay away from ordering from this place. Read more

If I could put a zero I would! We ordered the Mexicali pizza and they brought us a Hawaiian! They said they would only refund us... and that's it. They didn't even offer to bring us what we ordered. Read more

Awful....nice warm salad, water and salad dressing.Pizza was lousy, very little topping and over sauced.Worst customer delivery... service we have ever had. Called us to come down to elevator claiming security wouldn't let her come to our room,I never saw anysecurity, why would a delivery person would bring kids. I would definitely not call them again nor recommend. Read more

At 11pm I tried to order online. It says they are open until 4am. It didn't go through. It said I wasn't charged. I was charged... twice. No one would answer the phone. I drove there and saw that they were closed. I went to Dominos across the street. I hadbetter get my refund tomorrow. By the way, I do not recommend this place. Read more

Where oh where do I begin with this? First, I will give props for a simple and easy ordering experience online .That is actually... hard to nail for many pizza places, so points are given there. Everything else though... We were told it would be about 55minutes. After 70 minutes, I called to see where the driver was. The person who picked up just said "I'll check" and then hungup. Got a call later from the driver saying she "couldn't come up" and asked me to come down. She didn't tell me where, but Ifigured she'd be at the elevators. I get downstairs and there's no one in sight. I see a delivery bag, but it's just sitting ona counter next to some kids, so I ignore it. I walk to the lobby and look around, but no delivery person. I walk to the otherside of the hotel, no delivery person. Finally, I call my wife who says that a man called after I left to say that he was in thelobby with our pizza. I go back, but nothing. Resigned to starve, I head back up to the room, but now there is a confused womanwith the delivery bag. Suddenly it clicked; the security guard (probably the guy who called) wouldn't let her into the hotelbecause she had kids! I got our order from her, minus the drinks because "there were no drinks" despite me paying for them. Thefood itself was... edible? The pizza crust was burnt and the garlic knots were undercooked. My wife said she liked the garlicknots, but they were too undercooked for me to have many. So, in short, order from here if you want late burnt or undercookedfood that requires you to run around to find. Oh, and you won't get all your order either. Read more
