A fun atmosphere and spectacular impression. The service was excellent at initially, but after we had the starters, they stopped... being attentive. The appetizers, wagyu & desserts on the Chef’s tasting menu were both really good. If you select thenon-spicy option, the hotpot lobster soup base was just adequate, but I definitely do not recommend chicken, it was so bland andyou’ll feel like vomiting after you had that. Had a truly good time there. 4.5/5 for food and 6/5 for service. Our waiter Kevin if I’m not mistaken was so caring and he... noticed my birthday so my drink was on them. They have specific target customers so we won’t see a lot of guests there onlunch time. We did the lunch special $108/person and the portion was just right, flavor was close enough. Friendly service with nice decor and presentation. The food was good and of high quality but not sure if it matches the value. I... recommend getting the set menu to fully experience the restaurant. They have certain dishes where they would have a short showlike a noodle demonstration. For the dessert, get the mousse with the mouse. That was amazing. Read more

The X Pot has it all - An elevated atmosphere, exquisite service, unbelievable cuisine, and an aesthetic that takes every photo... to the next level. As a vegetarian, it’s oftentimes difficult to navigate the best options on a menu - the manager Jay wentabove and beyond to walk me through each of my options and ensure a delicious meal! Alongside that impressive service, we wereblessed with a wonderful server, John. His food recommendations were flawless. He made our evening more than just a dinner, heprovided an experience. Phenomenal experience. Fantastically fresh ingredients. Amazing service. This place charges a pretty penny but trust me it's... absolutely worth it. You will not have fresher prime meats, more sensational broth, and an abundance of variety like you’llfind here. From land (top wagyu) to the sea (fresh uni), you won’t go wrong. Wow. We went here to celebrate my fiance's birthday and we had the most amazing dining experience. From the decor to the food,... everything was absolutely gorgeous. We ordered the chef's menu for 4 and we had plenty of food to go around with extra to takehome. While all of the dishes were excellent, our favorites were the lobster broth, dumplings, the meats from the wagyu feast,and every cocktail. My only regret was that we didn't order the noodles!
