Came to this place for breakfast. The place seems to be very popular, there were no empty seats. We waited for 20 minutes to be... seated. The menu is very small. We took eggs and omelette. The omelette had very hard bacon, impossible to chew, medium-sizedpieces of bacon, the bacon is very hard. The staff is polite. If I could give it more stars, I would! Five of us went for brunch and every one of us agreed that it was the BEST brunch we... have ever had. I had the Veggie Eggs Florentine and the Champagne Supernova which was incredibly delicious while my friends hadButtermilk Pancakes, Bananas Foster Pancakes and a Traditional Eggs, Bacon & Toast. Henry?s was a great choice for breakfast in Vegas and I?m glad I opted to eat there. Ordered the braised short rib Benedict... since everyone raved about it in reviews. It was unreal good! And one of the best things I ate on the trip. I gave it a ratingof 8.7/10. The short rib and the sauce on its own is fantastic. The hollandaise sauce mixed in with the short rib sauce give ita tangy taste. The eggs were also cooked to perfection. They were so soft that they almost had a creamy consistency. TheFrench dip sandwich was also a fan favourite in the review section. I thought this was very underwhelming. The sandwich waslacking something that I can?t put my finger on. The bun was soft and the beef was tender but it still lacked flavour. I have ita 6.0/10. The only thing that saved this was the tater tots which were out of this world. Overall this place is a 4.5/5. Delicious breakfast spot in Vegas! Everything was so fresh. The parfait was nothing like I?ve ever had. It?s had some sort of... blueberry compote, that was just so good. The hash browns had some herbs in it, which made it very flavorful. Service was quickand friendly! Read more

Excellent breakfast. Their Short Rib Benedict is superb. I ordered an English muffin with it and put it underneath the hash... browns (you can ask them to put it like that in the kitchen). Speaking of hash browns.. WOW. I asked how they make it and theyput parmesan cheese, chives, and thyme in them. And Henry's Brioche french toast, two huge plump thick slices with slightlycrispy edge, unbelievable. Ask for more syrup. We loved it so much we ate there and same food two days in a row. They are busyso if you need extra maple syrup or more coffee and cream ask the server right away because they don't come to the table often.Our server Sarah was great! Good food. I just wish they had more vegetarian options. I had a vegetarian wrap, it was 3.5 on 5. We also tried grilled chicken... burger, it was good like 4 on 5. Service was great and everything we had was great. Had the seasonal donuts which where strawberry. Had the short ribs, they are... a little strong on the pepper just a heads up.
