The manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Refused to provide excellent customer service. Refused to provide me with his manager... info and refused to provide me with corporate number. Very disappointed in our first visit. My husband and I ordered double char burger, charburger with cheese, fries, and mango... shakes. Burgers were broken and burnt. Asked for extra carmelized onions, which was not given.French fries were soggy. Burgerswere given before shakes were ready. Went twice to counter to get drinks. Restaurant was NOT busy. Read more
This meal was just sad all around. A little background...I had had a few disappointing visits in the past year and after... commenting, the company tried to make it right by sending me a few coupons for free burgers (hooray for outstanding customerservice!) and since I wasn't close to home, thought I'd try a different location than I usually go to. Who knows? Maybe they'remuch better and I can become a regular. Yeah...nope. To start, the line was 4 or 5 cars long and moving VERY slow. I couldn'torder ahead AND use the coupon I'd been given, ugh, so when I finally got my turn at the speaker, I placed my order (prettysimple, imo - burger with only mayo & ketchup, fries done crispy & a Coke) and gave them a heads up that I'd be using one oftheir coupons, aka "Char Tickets" to pay along with cash. Then I waited. ???? And waited. ???? And... you get the picture. ????Once I arrived at the window I had my mask on, my cash in hand and the coupon pulled up on my phone, ready to go. The young manserving me looked a bit lost but told me the total due. I reminded him about the coupon and showed it to him on my phone. He ranto get someone else, to help, I guessed. The woman that arrived looked at me and my phone display, didn't say 1 word, ????visibly sighed ???? and punched buttons on the register, scanned my phone and went back to whatever she was doing. ???? The guythen gave me my new total, which I paid quickly ????, got my drink and bag of food and was on my way. I was STARVING. Andlooking forward to a yummy dinner. ???? While driving home, I tore into the bag, animal style, grasping for a few fries tosatisfy my craving. But what's this? Their not even hot and as far from crispy as you could get. Me and my girlfriend come here quite often. The food is outstanding. The customer service is amazing. I love the pepper bar.
