We moved here from California a few years back and knew what to expect. Let us say it has gone down hill in a very short period... of time. Not only have their prices gone up like everyone else but if you want extra ketchup or ranch for your onion rings thatcosts more. Their burger is already 2 to 3 times higher price anyone else?s, but to cheap out on condiments is not excusable. Hmmm...it is really hard to find good help these days. We visited this location Friday July 22,2022 after 5pm. Our order was... called & as I checked our order we had onion rings instead of sweet potato fries which I ordered. I went to the front and told a young gentleman that I received the wrong item. He quickly checked & asked if I wanted the onion rings( which I declined)while he spoke with the cook in the back about my wrong item. The cook then said that I changed my order (I did not) the nicegentleman I was dealing with asked for my receipt. Then called out to the cook "no she ordered sweet potato she didn't changeanything". I got the sweet potato fries with the rest of my order & left. My husband & daughter ate their food fine. Everythingwas good. The only thing I had was sweet potato fries. I kid you not as I was half way through my fries my mouth was on fire.That cook put some hot sauce on my sweet potato fries. It's okay ???? I believe in Karma. How sad that someone is so unhappy attheir job that they would do something like that. ???? I commend that kind gentleman I spoke to that evening. He seemed like theonly person there who cared. I wil NEVER go back to this location on 215 North/ Decatur!!!! We usually visit the location on 215South & Blue Diamond. Never had a bad experience there. Great tasting food , took about 5 minutes from ordering till food was ready during lunch time and it is somewhat healthy. Would... recommend over most burger places. Comparable to 5 guys and a little better than In-N-Out Burger. Read more

Tasty food and pleasant environment. Walked in and the restaurant busy but atmosphere relaxed. Ordered their bacon burger and my... wife lettuce wrapped burger. Both very flavorful. Got also onion rings-very good, fries-nothing to write home about and tempuragreen beans which were very good. The sriracha digging sauce good but very hot.
