Delicious is an understatement. The coffee cake is definitely the way to go! Place is normally busy but I never have to wait... long for a table. The menu is extensive and has everything from all the breakfast platters you could ask for to more lunchoptions. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Read more

Restaurants mostly stopped 2 for 1 coupons in weekly advertising paper. But, did create an APP and offer up to $10 off on... breakfasts for 2. So, in order to enjoy breakfast with my frail neighbor, I order by phone and use the APP to record purchase. After 6 purchases, you get the $10 off for two breakfasts. Enjoy the Charleston location as I can get to it from casino, homeand while out doing weekly grocery run. Have even been known to order two of my favorite meals and eat them across multipledays. (Only complaint is APP notifications come out at 6 am. No way to plan ahead! Wish they would send out after placecloses on the day before it is valid. Then I could invite people to join me rather than disturb their sleep to see if they haveplans that day, or are already eating as I contacted them late not wanting to wake them.) Read more

I just had a terrible experience at the Hualapai location. I?m in town for work and decided to try it since it?s close to the... resort. The waitress was sweet, I was bummed they didn?t have Diet Coke products but that?s all of Vegas. I ordered my cheesefree skillet and it came smothered in cheese, I patiently waited for a new skillet but no apology whatsoever for the mess up. Myfriend decided instead of toast she wanted to try the coffee cake with her skillet so they brought that out. The waitress cameand seemed confused that we now had toast and coffee cake and I requested some toast not slathered in butter. She went to talkto the manager who proceeded to laugh and stare at our table, my husband asked them to just keep it professional it wasn?t a bigdeal we could pay for the coffee cake but I figured since I was still waiting for my non-cheese skillet they could just throwthat in. My husband mentioned to the manager that laughing wasn?t the right thing to do in that situation, the managerapproached the table from my side of the table and confronted my husband and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I asked himmultiple times nicely to please step away, he was intimidating me, not even acknowledging I was sitting below him while he wastrying to get a rise out of my husband. I pushed my plate away and said I don?t even want to eat now and he still wouldn?t walkaway. When he finally did he walked back by our table to say another snarky comment to my husband about being nice or leavingwhich is a craft store sign hanging on their wall. We were being nice, we are always nice, we are always generous tippers. Thatjust seemed very unprofessional and unnecessary to publicly try to humiliate and intimidate me in front of other patrons over apiece of coffee cake. No apology whatsoever and not one comment when we left. On a side note my skillet was actually good oncethey got it right, the manager just completely ruined the experience. Read more
