Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. 5 year?s and I never had a bad experience. Seems like many of the reviews are due to... staffing which is not the shops fault. French vanilla latte is the best! It?s my go to every time I am in Vegas. I have tried afew frozen coffees and they are also tasty. The muffins are delicious, the french vanilla latte compliments a good pastry ormuffin even if you get it elsewhere. Read more

Line of approximately 25 people with only two staff members behind the counter, one of which looks like she is being trained.... How is this acceptable? I only came to this location since the Henderson Coffee Bean was out of products. Didn't feel likestanding in line for the next hour just for a drink. Better off just going to Starbucks.
