I love this location!!!! I am a regular & when I say regular I mean it. I go every morning & sometimes go twice a day to get my... fix. They take such good care of their customers & they know their customers. Last year I was hospitalized and spent 6 weeks inthe hospital. I was only allowed 1 visitor & that was my husband. After a week in the hospital, I was allowed to have an icetea. Well my husband goes to my Coffee Bean location & as soon as he starts to place my ice tea order they knew it was for me. They told my husband they were worried about me because they had not seen me in a week. My husband brings my ice tea to thehospital and they have written the most beautiful, encouraging, and supportive messages on my cup & also made the most wonderfuloragami straw art for me. Now some people may not think that is a big deal, but believe me it was. This was my communicationfrom the outside world letting me know I was loved. I lived for my morning delivery of ice tea & art & messages every singlemorning. As a side note, their ice tea tastes the best because they make their drinks with happiness, joy, laughter, and mostof all with love! Nessa, Cristina, Yury, Louie, Brian, and all the other drink magicians at Coffee Bean deserve only the best &they deserve customers that are worthy of drinking at Coffee Bean! Read more
This branch gets worse and worse. Outdoor seating area could be nice but there's now only 3 tables and all occupied by people... with empty cups. Move on people! Ordered using the app, went in a few minutes later to collect my cold brew and muffin. Wastold there's no muffins and if I wanted my money back, I would have to claim it back online! The woman helping couldn't careless. Seriously, what absolute terrible service. I know there's more important things in the world but this is a coffee showthat sells naked goods. Just do that! Terrible customer service. Google says they close at 6.00pm. I asked this weird person and started debating me, saying he... doesn't care what time Google say. This woke business need to go out of business. They should pray we keep their business alive. Read more
Wow, I just discovered this place and I am alrteady a huge fan. I love how the default mixture of any given drink is tried and... tested and tastes amazing-- it's not like Starbucks where you need a PHD in coffee customization to come out with something thatisn't total dogpoo. I like how they have a massive 32 oz size for about the same price as others, so I can get a delicious drinkthat lasts all day (I pick half decaf so I'm not up all night!) I don't even know how any local coffee chain could competebecause this Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf clearly picks up the best employees Las Vegas has to offer. Read more

I reallly loved my latte and my husband loved his cold brew. The service was fast, but unpleasant. We?d never been there before... so we were confused on sizing and taking a second to order.
