Any time I will be quick to leave a awesome positive feedback but tonight was not the case came in about 8pm looking forward to... some good chicken not only did the cook come around the corner to mention that he couldn?t make tenders because was out butunless we wanted to wait 15-20min we said sure we can wait , willingly to wait because chicken is so good, had trouble with thecard reader to begin seem like I was charge 2 still waiting to see if that was case also when we got our food was excited for itImmediately into the car to check out my food chicken looked great but the fries !! Our first time into The Chicken Shack. Great tasty food! I like the combos, you get chicken, fries and a drink for a... reasonable price. I tried the 3 wings (nashville hot) and 3 strips (mango habanero) both were fantastic. Wife loved the bitesand the mac and cheese was exactly how she liked it, ooey, gooey, cheesy melty goodness. I've been a customer of Chicken Shack for many years, the locations in Henderson are all close to where I live. All the... locations are good for different reasons. First time here, I am very familiar with this location, as I've been inside prior toChicken Shack taking over this spot, while the size seems deceptively small, the tables inside left plenty of room and werecomfortable. The decor is fresh, but in the same style as the other locations. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Iordered my usual, 6pc chicken wings, plain with hot sauce on the side, fries and a drink. Wings were perfect, crispy andjuicy inside. Absolutely delicious. The fries, were different, but better than what I usually get from other locations. Seemed to be a coated fry, whatever it was, it was a good surprise. Ranch was tasty. My friend got the fingers, which he saidwere very good. I recommend this business, glad that a Henderson business, has spread to the Northside of the valley. Read more
Cozy atmosphere with 3 TVs, probably great for football season. Great food at reasonable prices. The chicken is really good... here, on par with the likes of Raising Cane's. It's also got the kids' seal of approval! The soda machine is no Coke Freestylebut it has flavor spritzers for vanilla, strawberry, etc so you can make a good strawberry lemonade. Read more
Was very excited to try this location after hearing it had opened. (I noticed Yelp Reviews were not avail for this location at... this time, and not great for other valley locations- hmmm... red flag.) Overall disappointing- my husband and I both ordered #4- 3 wings/3 fibgers. I ordered Hot Honey Garlic and my sauce was suuuper sweet. Zero Spice. Im pretty sure it was Honey Bbq,not what I ordered. My husband ordered Hot for the wings, and Mango Habanero for the fingers. The Mango Habanero was so mild-it was nowhere near even a *hot*. Also- after working in food service - I know that when breading falls off the tenders itmeans the boil temps are too low, combined with not separating the chicken in the fryer to cook evenly. The breading wasliterally not on at all, they clearly flipped the wings/fingers to try to up the plate appeal. I wish this place best of luckbut I will not be back. You?re paying 15 a combo, you pay extra for sauce, ranch plus tax. I?ve been going to chicken shack since it was chicken bonez;... I?m severely dissatisfied with the price, quality and amount. The cost has continued to rise, the wings are smaller than ever,the fries have changed. The amount of chicken you get does not fit the high price you have to pay. I was so excited for thisplace to open. I have been going to the Henderson location (the original) for over 10 years. The traffic is worth it goingthere. But the Craig and Rancho location is selling you tiny wings and tiny portions for very high prices. The further you getfrom the original chicken shack on Sunset in Henderson the lower the value is. We had heard good things about The Chicken Shack so we decided to check it out. With three of us, we decided to order multiple... items. We had the Mac & Cheese bites, which were incredibly salty and looked like fried Kraft Mac & Cheese. We also orderedthe Chicken Bacon wrap which was good, the Tenders combo, an order of 6 wings and the Buffalo Chicken Fries. The BuffaloChicken fries were quite good and we would definitely get them again. As for the wings and tenders not so good. Both wereswimming in a lake of sauce (Cajun for the wings and Honey BBQ for the tenders). The wings had way too much breading for ourliking and the tenders seemed to be bit over cooked. We would get the Buffalo Chicken Fries again, but not sure if we wouldmake a special trip to just for those. Read more
