This chicken is delicious. Full of flavor and the chicken meat is never dry. The side of onion rings are crispy to perfection.... And the fries are better than potatoes themselves. First of ALL.... If I could leave ZERO stars that's exactly what I would do. I've called in to make a phone order for their... Buffalo Shrimp Fries and from the beginning the gentlemen who answered the phone (to take my order) barely could understandanything I was saying as his English wasn't all that great. Anywho, we get to the restaurant and my husband decides to go in tograb my order as he has to use the restroom. He walks in, as I'm watching him and no one's in the front at the register so Iwatch him just walk away to the restrooms, seconds later, an African American Gentleman by the name of Patrick (whom is themanager) rushes to the restroom, pounding on the door telling my husband, that he needed to open the door now or Patrick wasgoing to open the bathroom door himself as he had the keys. My husband begins to explain that he's a customer and is currentlyusing the restroom so he can't unlock the door (as his hands is full) as my husband finishes explaining Patrick continuouslypounds on the bathroom door threatening to open the door as my husband is using the restroom. My husband finally comes out(seconds later) as Patrick has begun to unlock the bathroom door. He then begins to scream at my husband that "The bathrooms arefor customers ONLY" ! My husband explains that he is a customer, we have a pick up order and that NO ONE was at the register somy Husband ran to pee quickly. Patrick gets in my husbands face saying he thought my husband was going into the bathroom to(quote on quote say... have sex with someone) my husband says, as you can see I was in there by myself, so who am I going tohave sex with? Patrick continues on (trying to defend himself as to why he was going to illegally unlock the bathroom door as myhusband was using the restroom) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLERESTAURANT. NEXT STOP IS TO... SPEAK WITH CORPORATE as this restaurant does not deserve to stay open ANY LONGER !!! Read more
Buffalo wild wings and Wing stop are better. No flavor, lack of service, employees complaining openly about customer choices.... The soda fountain is soured, and if the dining room is gross I can't imagine what the kitchen is like Read more

This place has unprofessional teenagers working here who don?t care that you spend a lot of money on their food. Three different... occasions I have ordered here and they forget something in my order. This last time I spent $75 on my order and they forgot the25 piece wings. This place is a joke. Read more
Great wings and awesome shakes. The wings take a little longer because they are never frozen and never precooked. Other chicken... wing places will half cook their wings before they are ordered. This mames it quicker for them to get them to the customer. TheBuffalo Spot never comprises on their dedication to freshness. If you like chicken wings, you'll love this spot! This place is AMAZING!!! The store is very clean and inviting. Their Buffalo chicken fries is so delicious and mouth watering... taste ???? . I never would have thought chicken and fries together would taste this good!! My wife and I had different sauceflavors of their Buffalo boneless wings and chicken tenders . Everything was so fresh and juicy, but not to much saucy , perfectbalance of sauce and flavor. The staff is super friendly and helpful and we definitely felt welcomed and appreciated. It istasty, and unique, and friendly, and an all around cool business. My experience there was beyond great!!! I will definitely comeback again. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The place is clean and quite. The food is not as good as it should ne for the price. We spent 40$ on two combos,One 5 piece and... one 10 piece. The pineapple jalapeño wings did Not taste anything it was very bland. The chicken itself is flavorless and drymeaning over cooked and under seasoned.
