We drove across town to TGIF to alliance Casino because l wanted potatoe skins it took a minute before someone can to take our... order but when she did her customer service and attitude was excellent , she smiled and was so helpful and knowledgeable andfriendly and kind, She was getting off work but waited to help us, even called manager for senior discount. When I got home andlooked at my food I was disappointed, it looked as though someone had dipped out all of the potato and just put a layer ofcheddar cheese, the potato skin was so hard they rattled in the box, it was hard to eat them, actually I only eat three. This was the Gold Coast location. The wait staff was above par!! We had a party of 10, ages ranging from 6 to 88. Bit of reunion... with out of state family that was visiting. We always eat at TGIF. The food, for the most part, was good. Appetizers weregreat, but the Ceasars salad wasn't good. Mac & cheese had 2 bites taken and set aside. Lil one ended up eating some of mychicken. Those of us that chose broccoli as a side regretted it!!They were too salty. They tasted as if the salt shaker top fellout and they got drenched in salt!! We couldn't eat them ????. I?m not sure if it is this location or if all Fridays have went down the drain! I used to love going to Fridays and after my... experience last night I will never return. It was my wife?s birthday and I took her there for a birthday dinner. The food wasgarbage, small portions and overpriced. I have a couple pictures I took of my meal, and I?m sure after looking at them you willquestion the quality of food and if this meal Was prepared by a three-year-old. They also are continually changing their menuand it is not an improvement. I will not eat at Fridays again and would not recommend Fridays to my worst enemy. Please look atthe pictures I posted. The fries are a little bits and pieces and so small you had to eat them with a fork. And I am not surewhat oily or greasy substance the person preparing my sandwich head on their hands but as you can see it all over my bone. We're big fans of TGIF and this location was great. Located inside Gold Coast casino. Its open 11am till 3am. Service was great... and food was great as usual. We tried the Barbados rum punch which is an amazing drink. We ordered the whisky ribs and wings.Food was fresh and thoroughly enjoyed. Had a great time and some good food. Read more
