Awesome customer service! I'm always greeted as I come in by a cashier with an amazing smile. I had trouble with my order one... day and the manager Kelly helped me out and was resolved the problem really quickly. Can?t call in an order most of the time because either they don?t answer or the phones just don?t work. I usually get a... recording 90% of the time. I only try to call in orders if I have cash because that?s not an option ordering online. Guess thislocation doesn?t like money. Read more
They allow dogs, not service dogs but aggressive dogs that bark to whoever comes through the door! Part of the customer service... experience is not only good service from workers, but keeping the place safe. Edit: I had given 3 stars due to ok service.After tipping them, one of the tellers came out and started yelling that there were other customers instead of taking care ofthe aggressive dog. This spot has a good flavor and is an easy lunch or dinner option if you're not trying to cook. The food is normally prepared... very well with sometimes minor exceptions here and there with dry chicken or hard rice. I miss their macaroni salad! I periodically do come here and food is good as well as the service. Normally I order to go but the interior is pretty clean so... it definitely feels safe to eat inside. Ordered a chicken breast teriyaki bowl and a spicy chicken teriyaki bowl for takeout. The only bad part is they don't have the macaroni salad anymore. The food came out hot and delicious. Covid friendly environment where food was delivered to car after inside purchase. Hot yummy salmon and spicy chicken plate with... fried rice, steamed veggies, and noodles. Huge portions enough for 3 meals. Great experience and appreciate the service. Read more
