So when the establishment is supposed to be open til 10, and it’s 9:45, The open sign is on, but the doors are locked&mean... while the employee is just lookin at you through the locked door… that kinda has you feelin some type of way…. The initial cashier was super nice and friendly. There was a problem with the coupon so she went to ask another associate. The... other associate was pretty rude. Finally they did make it right... came home and this is the saddest, plainest fried rice ever.Looks like white rice with some peas. Not a fan of the customer service or the quality of food. Trust me, I was nice, offered tochange my order for the coupon, and was still not treated very well. I usually never post negative reviews but I really don’tthink this is acceptable. Read more
First time coming here wanted to try it out. Cool little fast food style place. Lots of good side options like edamame, gyoza,... shrimp tempura, etc. They have different bowl size options. They come with rice and veggies or substitute for noodles. The foodwas good a bit on the sweet side for my taste. Overall it was good prices were ok. Read more
Service: good Customer service: good Food: good Was a good experience, the food was a little sweet including the dumpling sauce... it came with. Spiced chicken wasn’t very Spicy but overall it was pretty good. Covid is still an inconvenience which the verylow risk but the employees are wearing masks and signs state masks need to be worn. This place is soooo yummy! My boyfriend and I love their variety of teriyaki bowls. The only thing I’d say is that their... pricing is somewhat high for what you get but other than that they are extremely delicious. The sauces are amazing and theydefinitely fill you up! Read more
I needed a special dietary order, although very simple it was important. Sauce on the side on 1 of the orders. The person who... brought out order came out and verbally verified that 1 of the salmon bowls did in fact have the sauce on the side and it wasclearly marked on the bowl.
