This lady was rude and completely unprofessional. Won?t ever come back here ever again. There?s far better Boba places that... offer amazing customer service and way better drinks! She handled problems poorly and was very dismissive. You offered multiplesolutions? You got in my face and tried to shut me up with offering me a free drink! That?s not solving a problem. Solving theproblem means handling the problem. We all came to support your business and you took a big dump on us by showing us how youhandle business. You won?t last long here! Grand Opening of Teaspoon in Summerlin. This was a nice showing. There was music, samples (which were lovely) face painting for... the children, raffles and the first 100 people received a free glass bottle and a free drink and wouldn't you know I was number100. Let's talk drinks and service. I tried multiple samples of some of their drinks all of them are great choices and you can'tgo wrong with any of them. I got the Strawberry Sangria and it is amazing. The staff at this location are genius. There wereover 100 people in line and they made the smart decision to have people order ahead so that when they get up to the store theycan pick up and go. This process made everything go super smooth and quick. I recommend making a trip within the next week until12/9 as they are having buy one get one free on drinks. Read more

Hands down the best Boba Tea place on earth! I?m a boba tea lover and been to many various locations in the Las Vegas valley and... in Arizona. This place serves high quality specialty boba teas and delivers premium service. Staff is very friendly andwelcoming. You can tell they take pride in the appearance of their shop. It?s beautifully decorated and the drink menu providesa nice visual selection to choose from. We took advantage of their buy 3 and get 1 free. They were all equally delicious! Theiced taro milk tea with actual taro nuggets is my favorite. I will be back whenever I?m back in Vegas, for my Boba Tea cravings.Come try it, you?ll be hooked. Read more

Teaspoon have a clean and neat place for people to get their teas/boba drinks. I love that people there are friendly and greet... me upon entering. Also, they have a menu that show what type inside of each drinks. Love that it is a new place and that theyuse fresh lemon or different toppings (boba, rainbow jelly, etc) in their drinks! Overall taste was good, however, I am giving this location a 3/5 stars due to the following: music was way too loud inside (to... the point of hurting my eardrums) and minimal ice was added to my milk tea. I basically had a lukewarm milk tea, instead of aniced one as ordered. Read more
