I mobile ordered for pick up. My phone rang that my order was ready. I ask about my mobile order the guy said they are still... working on it when it is clearly sitting on the counter already packed. After waiting t more minutes another person decided they would help me but they wouldn't touch the order. I had to wait for a 3rd person to actually hand over the order. Then myburrito was prepared incorrectly. It was not suppose to have cheese. I bring it back and tell them then the kitchen staff startarguing about what the screen said. I gave up and didn't want anything to do with the food coming from that kitchen. Read more

It rates 4stars but they now offer 4each tacos and burritos in box which used to be 6each for the same price of $12.99.

Tuesday, 10/25, 9pm. All the people working there on that shift are incompetent, unprofessional, and very immature. It's like... the place is run by children. Nobody would take any responsibility for anything, and wont even let any possibility of a solutionoccur, as they shut down any effort to find any solutions at all. The first lady on the phone just admitted to a bunch ofmistakes and says "And??, what do you want me to do about it?" Asks someone next to them what she should do, doesnt know what todo, but still insists she is the manager, and there is nobody else more responsible or professional to talk to. They just stayrude and hang up. I could of came up with 3 easy solutions. And 5 alternative aolutions, if they just gave it a chance and triedto work things out. Nope. They made a bunch of excuses that don't make any sense, just to keep saying they wont and cant doanything. Including counting the items, double checking, or finding any way to get the order right in the first place. Pleasefire the people running this shift. I assure you it will be a gain instead of a loss for the company and location. You do notwant these people representing your business at all. Read more

This is one of the better locations in Las vegas. Now this location is a five stars in comparison to I don't know Del Taco. But... of course if you're looking for real Mexican food you can do better. I only say that because Google wants me to compare this toa Mexican restaurant location. Honestly there's no comparison to authentic Mexican food but as far as fast food this place isgood. Read more

We went to Taco Bell because the Mexican Pizza is back, and it was my wife's favorite. We had been told it could only be ordered... through the app, but the manager told us to go to the counter and they would take care of us. The first store we went to didn'toffer to do that for us. The food was good, and the store was clean, but I was really happy with the service. Read more

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE FIRST BAD SERVICE THEN I ORDER A CRUNCHY WRAP COMBO AND TWO STEAK CHALUPAS I DIN?T GET HOME WHEN I NOTICE... I WAS MISSING THE CRUNCHY WRAP I WENT BACK AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY GIVE ME EVERYTHING EXPECT THE CRUNCHY WRAP THE CASHIER THATWAS A GUY LOOK ANOYED AND HE TROW BACK THE BAG AND THEN WHEN I FINALLY GOT HOME I FOUND OUT THAT THEY GIVE TWO CHICKEN CHALUPAINSTEAD OF THE STEAKS THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG ORDER BUT THEY DID CHARGE ME FOR THE 2 STEAKS CHALUPA AM NOT GOING BACK TWICE THISIS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Not sure what the issue is but I just waited fourty five minutes to receive a pickup order. Lines of cars in the drive thru and... pickup window waiting for orders. Staff was somewhat friendly but definitely disorganized. Store was clean inside and out. Read more
