I swear this location doesn?t even try. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo no tomatoes on the tacos, there?s tomatoes. Got the... grilled cheese steak burrito spicy. They gave me the grilled cheese with no steak. I ordered the nacho fries and guess what theyforgot? the freaking nacho sauce? so I got literally all old food that had been sitting out and they just didn?t feel likemaking my order correctly. Honestly at this point it?s just disrespectful. This is the worst Taco Bell night shift i have everseen. Like they got literally every single thing wrong or forgot. Read more

I'm not sure who is running the store or if it is the employees, but there was no sign indicating that at 2:00 a.m. they were... only taking online orders. The line was after an event in Las Vegas and the line was long. In the middle of drive through whenwe got to the speaker they informed us it was mobile orders only. At least put a sign up so people don't have to wait and getstuck in line. I'm not blaming the employees, and hoping the management does something about it. I'm blaming management. I called just to confirm if my order made it through the app because it hardly EVER successfully goes through and I was in a... rush to just grab the food and go. The lady was just rude and not even try to be understanding. She got defensive when Isuggested checking to see if the payment was taken and she said " I did not take your money." I never accused her of that I wasGM in this business for years so I know how that goes but I just walked right past and went to jack in the box. Madhouse. Employees won't ring up your order, you have to use the kiosk. Paying with cash? Good luck. Kiosk also is not up to... date on current promotions. Homeless seem to have no problem getting ice though. Congratulations. Read more
Disappointed in my latest visit. 3 combo boxes had 5-layer burritos that could not be eaten. They were all incredibly messy and... mine had stale dried out tortilla on it. I could only eat some of it by peeling off the old hard tortilla. It was too messy tofinish. Cheese roll up also had hard stale tortilla. Quesadilla... see pic Ordered unsweetened tea, got sweet tea. I work right next to this Taco Bell. I get off at 11:30 every night by the time I get to them at 12 they are trying to close.... They even put a cone in front of the drive-through. then I had the idea to start ordering online . But when you order onlinethey get mad at you because you?re trying to pick up your order but don?t know how because the drive-through was completelyblocked off and the lobby is closed because it?s too late. I am now angry every time I show up this place is always trying toclose down. Its a Saturday night for crying out loud and they can?t even stay open till 3am like their Google expresses. I?mgoing to start taking pictures of every night I stop in and this place has a cone in front of it .
