The service was very quick through the drive-thru however the quality of the food that was delivered was unacceptable. I ordered... pintos and cheese with extra cheese and received less than a teaspoon of cheese on top. I ordered a ground beef chalupa whichfor the first time, had a soft doughy shell. The ingredients in the middle are all over the paper and not in the middle of theshell. Taco Bell you are slipping! I expect to at least receive a little bit of extra product if I'm paying for it. They were pretty delicious. My husband and I went on his lunch break and the food did not make it to his job lol we ate almost... all of it before we got there. It might be because I'm 9 months pregnant ???? but as a plus the baby is picky and so is myhusband LOL?? Read more
Horrible. I order 2 cheesy Gordita crunches no meat, add beans instead. When I showed the girl at the window my receipt said add... beans ? no 3 cheese blend? I said no that?s wrong .. she told the people in the back and got my food right after so I knew theydidn?t make it right. I go inside and said it?s not right it doesn?t even have cheese ? and she hands me a cup of cheese .Didn?t even offer to remake it . Also taking a closer look it?s not even a Gordita at all ?. It?s a Tortilla wrapped drylyaround a taco ?.disgusting! And it cost $13 !!! But she looked like she couldn?t be bothered. Like seriously is it so hard to dothings right? Absolutely careless like would they want to eat this ?! It?s not even what I ordered!!! Went home and threw it inthe trash. What a waste of money. Try caring about peoples food, or if it?s wrong try maybe asking if you want it remade insteadof handing them a cup of cheese to make it themselves ! Get new managers! Show some kind of care. They are pretty quick in the mid-afternoon. Food is usually prepped well. Only 4 star because last time I went we told the lady... "plain tacos" she repeated it back, we still didn't get plain tacos, and when I went in and told the dude she kinda had anattitude when she threw the tacos away. Read more

I just ordered me some Taco Bell delivered, first off, let me tell you that I know most fast food places are understaffed and I... know it?s Saturday night so most places are busy at this time. But c?mon, delivering my food in 90 minutes is not right. Thefood was barely warm, but that?s not the reason why I?m leaving a two-stared review. Because at the end of the day the DoorDashdriver came thru even after a first driver rejected my order (thinking she rejected it because she had to wait a long time forthe food, who knows?), so anyway, in any case I can always reheat fast food (ugh) but the reason for my poor review is that theyforgot the napkins, utensils and more importantly, the hot sauces. Taco Bell does not taste the same without their hot sauces.So I?m thinking they only care about the food and they don?t care at all for the other things that make take out a memorableexperience.
