Paying $1.60 for 1 taco and it is not even a comparison to the picture you advertised at your location! What a joke!!!
I have to say that this Taco Bell is really well run. With many places struggling to find employees these days, you would never... know it here. Because my son loves Taco Bell, we stop several times a week either to or from football practice. Every persontaking orders in the drive-thru has been extremely polite and friendly (not too common in fast food these days). The orders havealways been correct and they are extremely fast. I know that this is fast food, but most of us have sat in a drive-thru waitingfor extended periods of time wondering if anyone was even working in the kitchen. Not here! Seeing a line up of 6+ cars wouldoften cause us to choose another option if we are in a hurry...but not here. I know we will breeze through quickly. Well done! Read more
Listen I know things have been tough, and no one really wants to necessarily work this job because you have to put up with many... rude people, for the most part my interactions have been pleasant with staff, but whether I've been ordering through door dashor directly through the taco bell app, every single time i've gotten my order (3+ times now) i am always missing items. Thefirst time I shrugged it off because things happen/no big deal. But then it just keeps happening with every order. I get it,not a lot of people working there, and if you get in a rush it can be crazy, but the past 3 times now I have ordered food I ammissing items, sauces, large parts of the orders. Today is one of the last straws. We made a huge order, and 1/4 of the order isjust missing. We even waited 20 minutes upon arriving so they could bring it out to us parked in the front, you guys couldn'ttake an extra 2 minutes to check off the order and make sure everything was there? Not only that, the items missing were notdollar menu items, so we're missing about $10-12 in items off of a nearly $50 order. $10 is only $10 but when we're consistentlymissing items on orders these things add up. We were missing sauces, cheese sauce for fries, chicken ranch burritos, 5-layerburritos. Other orders I've also missed out on drinks or they've been only half full!! Yes one of the door dash orders I hadthey sent me a freezie that was only half full! That thing cost $5!! So this is just becoming a common theme instead of a oneoff chance. I think in total its about $20-25 worth of items over the past 3 times we've been there that we've just lost due tomissing items, luckily doordash refunded the one with the half filled drink. Just bad...this place was not clean...this place had no condiments. There were barely any people in the place but there service... was just terrible. I got nachos bell Grande. It's just not the same anymore. Less and less I will visit.
