It's Taco Bell. ???? enough said. They where very rude, food was not hot, nor was it enjoyable. The shift manager or supervisor... was either under the influence of something or just really hates her job. I will not be going back to this location ever becauseof the service and lack of. ???? Was able to get a Mexican pizza which we are grateful for. Serene location is still better though.
Drive through at lunch, is ridiculous! Two employees working maybe not their fault, but once you get stuck in the line you can... not turn around! minutes and I didn?t dare order food, I drove past.. what a waste of a lunch break this is the third time thishas happened at this location.. won?t be going back here! Terrible!! Did NOT have a taco tastic experience. We went in at about 8:30pm on Tuesday 6/14.. we ordered several combos that... came out to about $44, we double checked the bag before leaving the premises. To our dismay, our burritos were not madecorrectly. We requested one without cheese or onions. A passenger from my vehicle went to enter the establishment and was toldto egress out due to the dining room being closed. The doors were not secured, and all we wanted were our burritos madecorrectly. When she exited, the team member slammed the door and the manager told him to just remake them. When she came back tothe car with the remade food, it was still incorrect and had to ask for sauces again!! We asked for our condiments at the windowwhen asked. Pretty disappointed in our experience. WoW a DINE IN fast food establishment in 2021. ... omGOSH incredible! Inside was open, well lit, clean, protocols ???? were... followed, condiments were out too!? The counter associates were very pleasant, friendly, & had a great sense of humour ? TheCrunchy Tacos were yummy ???? {& for us, on the Silver Knights}? Prices were fair ? The Ladies ???? Order incorrect 9/10 times. And I barely go to Taco Bell anymore. Doesn?t make me want to keep going. Went at 12:20am with my... friends and they messed up my order again.. seriously, we didn?t catch it this time and we always have to go in whenever we gobecause again they 9/10 get our order incorrect.
