Sequoia was the drive thru cashier tonight and she lacked customer service in every way possible. Usually when I come here, I... don?t ever worry about that since other cashiers are very helpful and willing to help you, not this one. The drive thru line waslong, the wait times were horrible and the communication was terrible. I waited for about 5 minutes just for this cashier to notgreet me. Her first response was ?give me one second? A second past and her lack of consideration was outrageous. Her secondresponse as she returned was ?order when your ready? Sequoia didn?t have the courtesy to greet me nor ask if I wanted any tacosauce with my order. This cashier lacks mannerism nor does she display it. As I responded back with a thank you and thank you,have a great night, she responded back with an attitude in her actions as she slammed the window shut. Obviously there was notaco sauce in the bag. If I could put 0 stars I would, I never got my order which was just one thing. There was many people back there and half were... doing nothing. A fight broke out too. There was bugs by the window. The employees were so disrespectful. None told me anythingabout my order. Disgusting. Read more
Never coming back. Order was wrong, got charged extra even after I tried to verify twice. Missing items from the order. Miguel... sounded like was confused or lost when placing the order. This is multiple times with different people, just fed up with thepoor customer service. Line was backed up with cars didn't even want to wait another 1 hour just to get order corrected. Teammembers more worried of cleaning store and going home then taking care of the customers, what a shame. Read more
The male employee wasn?t understanding the item I was describing and then a female manager came over the speaker and was rude... and told me that the item is discontinued. Then at the window the male tossed my card back to me and then gave me the bag anddidn?t say anything and there was no sauce in the bad which they asked what I wanted and then he rudely tossed a handful in myhand and all bet the ground. Unreal! I will never go to this location again! No wonder fast food employees keep gettingassaulted. You have no standards for which you hire and do not impose customer service obviously. Lazy. Asked if I could do a separate order and the person at the drive through informed me that it was one order per car. I got... to Taco Bell daily. At multiple locations. I also asked if it was policy and I know it?s not and they informed me that theydidn?t know. So not only do you not know why you can?t do multiple orders (2 in this case) but you just don?t do them?
