The food wasn't terrible but the chips they put in the beefy melt burrito were pretty hard to chew. The window worker couldn't... understand what we were saying so another popped on and was extremely snippy and rude because of it. Everytime I to this location I go at night time because they have the best customer service. Sometimes there's lots of people on... the drive thrue but it's worth the wait. Read more
Drive thru menu is out of order long time a go! They just won't fix it so you can't see anything! Terrible!
This was the only restaurant in that area that didnt have their dining room closed. It was only 830pm on a Friday night and... every restaurant near this one had their doors locked and refused to acknowledge that there were customers waiting outside. Old Hispanic lady came to me very aggressively at the window after I ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos fresco style.... Proceeded to tell me I got the correct order and that I am wrong but she will remake it. Said the jalapeño sauce doesn't getremoved only dairy but all other taco bells remove it and it does have dairy in the jalapeno sauce i checked their website.. Sosomeone should tell her not to be rude and aggressive to customers as we love coming to taco bell but I won't return to this onever. Read more

All time worst Taco Bell ever. Took ten minutes to get cold food. Also customer service is seriously lacking. My soft taco... tortillas were hard and old also the lettuce and tomato wasn?t fresh. I ordered my food through the app earlier in the day. When I got to the drive through to pick it up, it was cold. The drive... through person shrugged and said that was just the way it was because I didn't pick it up earlier. After asking to talk to themanager they decided to remake it. When I got home to eat with my family, the food had been reheated. This is not the onlyproblem I have had at this location. I suggest not going to 1275 S. Lamb blvd for your food. Read more
