It took 25 minutes to pick up an order I placed online 10 minutes before arriving. Every 5 minutes or so, the manager walked... around the floor apologizing to everyone for being understaffed. More notably, he never got on the line and actually helped tosolve the problem. Ambiance was perfect, though. Groups of teenage kids yelling racial slurs at each other. Everything i order a Supreme lately I always end up getting regular tacos. I pay extra for topping and you are outright stealing... money from me. Today I ordered a potato taco and removed the Chipotle sauce and added avocado ranch instead for an extra 30cents only to get about a teaspoon of sauce... also yes got a crunchy taco Supreme that WASN'T Supreme. Not impressed with this store first time around. The line was long my order was wrong and the prices were just really high three... regular tacos and a Baja blast $16? I don?t think so I could?ve went to a Mexican restaurant and paid the same and had a fullmeal. My grandson likes it that?s why we went. Read more
If you visit use the drive through. Overall not a great experience. Staff had to deal with a customer complaint but low... motivation/speed which is understandable. Drive through seems to be the main focus and significantly faster. I was second inline and wasn?t helped for 10-15 minutes. When I ordered it was very quick and the cashier was great. Worst location in Vegas. Buffalo and Lake Mead Blvd Where is the filling. This is without a doubt the worst Taco bell location... in Las Vegas. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my home. Every time I go to this Taco bell. It is always and I meanalways disappointing. I told the girl that seemed to be in charge about the problem and asked if she could please make sure theyput a decent amount of beans on the burrito. She just looked at me like huh?? I told her that the burrito looked like somespread the beans on the tortilla. Just like you would if you were buttering your bread. She replied we don't put butter on theburrito. The nacho fries are my favorite. I only eat selective items off the menu.( Bring Back the Mexican Pizza Please!!!) The fries was... cook a little longer to my request. They were great and customer service was awesome as well. I highly recommend. Read more
Wow, MADY Was amazing. I?ve never heard of someone on the speakerphone when ordering a meal so enthusiastic and so caring like... her. She was so enthusiastic that it made me post this. Honestly, out of every place that I go to that?s fast food, i?ve neverever experienced a person that is so interested in the well being and to the customers and caring to making sure that they arepleased and that they are satisfied and that they feel an amazing experience while going through Taco Bell drive-through. Iappreciate how good of an employee and person she is. We love to have our Taco Bell once in a while. My husband would choose the burritos, my kids love their tacos, and I always... enjoy the burrito bowls. Based on my own experience, for fast food joints like this, chicken burrito bowl is better to havesince it's faster to cook than beef. I once felt like having the beef bowl and couldn't really chew and swallow the meat sinceit was not cooked thoroughly. Read more
