Had some questions about the menu and Guille was extremely helpful. Place was very clean. Ambience was chill. Everything... looked like it was well stocked. They have an ordering kiosk but it seemed like everyone still preferred to order with aperson. Took a few minutes to get the food. Seemed like they were all new. Read more
Don't recommend at all. The food did not agree with my stomach. Yet, to eaches own just not for me!
Dropped by for lunch, submitted my order through the kiosk, and waited for my order. After about 15 minutes of not seeing it, I... checked on the order?s status with the cashier. They couldn?t locate it, and asked me to resubmit and repay for it. Nope. I ranout of time and left having paid about $10 with no food. So then I called customer service to try to recoup my money. Theydidn?t reimburse it but rather sent me $10 in gift cards. So I tried to give this location a second chance, and they refused toaccept these. They didn?t know how. I told them I had time and I would wait while they called to figure it out. The managerlied, saying she already called (she didn?t). What a terrible location. Will be avoiding in the future. Disgustingly rude employees who made jokes at our expense. I will never be shopping here again and hope that the Taco Bell... overlords will consider punishing not only the rude employees here but also the management that stood by and watched. Also,many items were out of stock, and though I paid for a more expensive item, they did not refund the difference in prices. Read more
They had a really long line in the drive thru. Took us 20 minutes to receive food once we were at the window. Got home and food... was "okay" which bums me out because I drive further to go to this Taco Bell because it's better than the one by my house. Iguess everyone has a bad day sometimes. Read more
Really nice interior remodel design. Self service kiosk is handy, and had to use it as no one came to the counter for 2+... minutes. Then someone appeared and slapped down the tray and said my name. Totally forgot the drinks. Long live customer serviceskills.. Read more
One of the best Taco Bell employees I have come across is Mr Caleb. I think he is one of the managers, he gave a really good... attitude and was very fast, and quick and got the order correct. Caleb was really attentive and caring in the drive thru. Had avery good sense of humor as well and can tell he is dedicated to his job. Despite the flaws of this Taco Bell, Mr Caleb made thetrip and time worth it. Read more
