The sashimis are very fresh and good. I recommend the $100 sashimi plate which contains ootoro (the best), hotate (raw scallop),... uni, etc. The wasabi from the sashimi plate is freshly made and very good quality. The staffs are super nice and extremelyfriendly. We tried to book a table on Monday to celebrate birthday but realized that it?s closed on Monday. We went on Wednesdayinstead and the staff compensated us with mochi ice cream topped with a candle. Every staff sang happy birthday as well. I'm so happy I found Sushi Hiroyoshi.. we got their $100 omakase.. and it was one of the most amazing sushi dinners I've had in... Vegas.. everything.. from the presentation, the kind & warm service.. uni in 3 of the courses, foie gras, miso cod, sashimi,super unique Japanese omelettes & homemade tofu.. and the best lychee sorbet.. so divine! Without a doubt - no questions asked - the best sushi restaurant I?ve been to in my life and top 5 all around restaurant of all... time.
