Reviews for Sunny Side Up in Las Vegas, NV
I ordered eggs over medium, potatoes, toast w/ cheese, and an iced lavender latte; simple enough right? Well two hours after... eating I experienced the worst food poisoning ever!!! Not to mention the food was below average, definitely not worth theprice. This place needs better quality food and a new menu. There are many other breakfast restaurants in the area that areflavorful, priced well, and have never made me sick!!! I do Not recommend. Read more
Came in and was greeted and sat down. It didn't seem very busy but I enjoyed the nice ambiance and chill music. I was served by... Sebastian who was kind and knowledgeable of the menu. Being a fan of upside down pineapple cake I HAD to try the pineappleupside down French Toast and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I like that they give you the option to choose between pancakes, waffles orFrench Toast. I had my French toast with a side of potatoes and they were seasoned perfectly. Topped it off with a vanillalatte. Everything was Delicious! Only weird thing was that the bathrooms didn't have mirrors. But that didn't affect myexperience. Definitely coming back! Read more
Very nice brunch place. More like a bistro than a dinner. I recommend the mexican skillet
It took awhile to be seated when there was only one table taken in the whole place. The breakfast food took longer to be served... than I'm used to. The food tasted fine and the portions were very good. Read more
The food was fine but the prices were kind of ridiculous. $70 for six of us and we all split meals, my son?s orange juice was... $6 on its own. There was no music playing so the restaurant was uncomfortably quiet and it was freezing cold. No kids menuseither so the kids had to split an overpriced adult size plate of pancakes, I say overpriced because the pancakes were justbland. Also, when we complained about the single dry piece of toast (that we had to order separately because it didn?t come withthe breakfast) the manager came and told us we had to ask for butter and jam to spread on it and that?s just how their side oftoast came. Overall it just seemed like a poorly run and overpriced restaurant. We won?t be going back there. Read more
The food and service were amazing. I'm going to steal the idea for tomato on toast with goat cheese, chives and balsamic and... make it at home. So good! There was this awful sulfur smell around the bathrooms and wafting by the entrance though. I almostdidn't go in because of it. That's the only thing that kept it from 5 stars, but that was a pretty big thing. Read more
Mood- Co-Worker I have been trying to get my Co-Worker to come grab breakfast with me for awhile now. Today was the day to try... something different and new. Plus I love the area. Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to table. With the timewe arrived it was surprising that there was a table available. Menus were given and the drink order was taken. Opted for EarlGrey Tea, Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, Cinnamon Waffle, Side Fruit, and of course Steak and Eggs. Now I was honestly surprisedby the portions and quality of food. This made for a great way to start the morning. Interior is very large. There are severalseating arrangements through out the entire restaurant. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background. There isoutdoor seating as well. Would not suggest that for this time of year as we are in our triple digits. There are so many neatmurals that adorn the walls. Would most def recommend - pricing was reasonable. However for me the staff is what the stole theshow. So courteous and hospitable. My table was very well taken care of. I love great customer service and this place did justthat. Read more
