Surely enjoyed brunch at sugar cane recently. The wait wasn’t long, walked up and was quickly seated without reservations. The... restaurant is very hip and spacious. The menu was impressive as well. Amazing flavor!! We came here twice for brunch I absolutely love the selection of food they have available I'm not a crazy... breakfast person. I love more savory foods for breakfast and this place definitely has all that and more. If you love trufflethen this is your place so many truffle options available and the price range is great! I definitely recommend the toad in thehole it has brie cheese and break soaked in truffle oil it is absolutely delightful. I also had the crispy rice with salmon thisis amazing! It has all the elements of flavor it is a perfect amount of spicy and the citrus compliments it, the fatty salmon isslightly seared making it the perfect bite every time. Definitely recommend ordering the goat cheese croquettes. The outside iscrispy the inside is creamy from the goat cheese and at the bottom is the sweet guava jam it is so good. Sugarcane is a must visit while staying in Las Vegas, especially if you are at The Venetian. Great for brunch and dinner,... especially their happy hour ($8 drinks). The staff is every attentive and friendly. For breakfast their salmon eggs benedict isdelicious. They are also very generous with their refills of coffee. Also do go to the happy hour and get the bacon wrappeddates. Their poke tuna bowl is flavorful and feeds you appetite. Also the ambience is relaxing and soothing. Went there to celebrate my mom's birthday and I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant! The food was amazing,... drinks were delicious and ambiance was delightful.
