We came here for my birthday 2/22/22, and it was everything I hoped for. I was actually nervous from the bad reviews, but we had... reservations for 4:30pm on a Tuesday, and we were immediately seated. It wasn?t crowded or loud. Our server was helpful, and nottoo over the top, which we like. There are many areas to take cute pics, even a patio overlooking the strip. The watermelon pinacolada goblet was so delicious, and was plenty enough to share with someone. Our food came out very fast, and the burgers weredelicious. I would recommend visiting during the week at an earlier time to avoid the huge crowds and loud music. I wouldrecommend and I would go back again. Overall really fun and joyful experience with the family. Absolutely a great fun place to come with friends. Pur experience... began with us cluelessly waiting in the front, then we walked and found the elevator. When we walked up a waiter asked us to goback downstairs and be assisted by a hostess. I told them at the moment there was none. They nicely and understandably sat us ata table. The service was really friendly and helpful. The drinks are too much fun. My son had the rainbow mini burgers, ans themeat was better than I expected to be. The quality and thickness of the patty was great. It was also cooked perfectly. We aredefinitely coming back for another milkshake while watching the sun go down! The only thing I can say that needed to be workedon was the upkeep of the pink couches. This place is amazing! I can here for my birthday almost a month ago! Jan 2022. The food was delicious & the drinks!!! I got the... s?mores drink.. it does have alcohol ????. But it?s so light.. & very delicious ???????????? I do not drink! I dislike to, butI tried it out.. and the way you can taste it but it?s not overbearing. Insane. Highly recommend. Our waitress Precious at the Vegas location was amazing through and through. She was very kind and gave great suggestions for... what to order. Our food had huge portions as well. You definitely won't leave hungry lol. The restaurant's birthday celebrationswere amazing to watch and really livened up the party environment. First time ever attending and it was such a wonderful place. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn?t very busy which was... nice as that place is so pretty to take Instagram pictures. The food was delicious and I recommend the non-alcoholic strawberrylemonade drink? (Can?t temper which) but overall a great place to come if going out with friends or even a date. Finally went to try Sugar Factory! Ambiance is amazing! Their drinks on dry ice are awesome, we got the watermelon piña colada... and it was great. We also tried their sampler platter and everything from the onion rings, to the buffalo wings, to the mac andcheese balls and chicken strips was fantastic! The banana split was wonderful. We had an amazing time here celebrating my niece?s 21st birthday! Such a spectacular restaurant with a beautiful view. The... milkshake that one of my good friend?s order was jaw dropping and it was pretty cool to watch the drinks being poured at thetable. The decor and vibe was amazing as well. I?m a fan of Sugar Factory (at least the one in Miami). I was hoping to have the same wonderful experience at this location that... I have when I?m in Miami. Well, that was not the case. Once my friends and I walked in, the hostess didn?t even greet usproperly. She simply asked if we had a reservation and then told us to follow her. Our server was pretty nice but I feel like hedidn?t try to make a little more effort for the customer. The drink that I ordered came with a type of candy that I didn?t like.I asked him for a different kind and he basically said they didn?t have it. However, I stopped another server and she was ableto bring me the other candy that they supposedly didn?t have. Onto the food. I love their Caesar salads but the shrimp was notfully cooked. It?s as if it was semi- steamed and that?s about it. When I took a bite it tasted chewy and gummy, which was myfirst indicator that it was not cooked properly. I had my friend try a shrimp and she said the same thing. The salad itself wasvery good though. French fries were a bit hard but nothing overly terrible. Noise level: Of course it?s going to be very noisybecause that is the atmosphere of this restaurant,but it is nothing that will keep you from enjoying your time there. When wewere leaving, we went to the elevator and as it was closing a black gentleman and white older lady who were employees there (Ithink managers) asked us to hold the elevator. We held it and they got in and did not even smile or say thank you. So I saidloudly to them, ?YOU?RE WELCOME?. He didn?t even turn around to say anything and the lady just looked at us. So that iscompletely unprofessional and a bad representation of this brand.
