I didn't like why they denied our service when we ask for the restroom key said it was close for this time. We need it to wash... our hands in order to eat. Why the denied the restroom? If she said it is working properly but was close, I mean we were goingto consume here, is like we were homeless or what?. I even left tip., I shouldn't. We have been customer lately., with otheremployees we were ok but with this ones we feel kind of discrimination. I will not coming here to eat no more. They deny restroom usage to clients, and that's unacceptable. Moreover you won't receive Subway Service you're used to. The... supposed owner or manager is a very rude and unpleasant person. My suggestion is to look for another Subway location. I won'tcome back. Read more

I don?t normally do reviews, but this definitely deserves one. If I could leave zero stars I would. Keith the owner & manager... Pam deny usage of the restrooms to paying customers. They allow fighting with & kicking customers out for no reason . A woman ofcolor in particular that wanted a little more mayonnaise was banned from the store. I believe it was because she was a woman ofcolor. Keith told a customer that she couldn?t purchase a sandwich for a homeless man. The reasoning behind that was because hedidn?t want homeless people in his restaurant. They are ridiculous. They are rude, racist, prejudice & unethical in businesspractices. Please do not support people like this. Spend your money elsewhere where it?ll be appreciated & you?ll be treatedfairly. I have worked at many Subway restaurants over the last 20 years without any issues. This one is horrible. There are tonsof Subway restaurants all over Las Vegas make one of those your go to spot. FYI: They do have spinach, Keith just makes everyonesay they don?t because he thinks employees give to much & only allows one bag to be open per day. Read more

Oh my goodness the worst fast food/ customer service experience of my life. We have ordered several times from this location... and one time in August my husband left a subpar review due to an online order getting messed up. We have ordered since thatreview (including just yesterday) but apparently today we are being refused service because of the bad review that was left inAugust? We put 2 online orders through today, September 18th - one at 12:30 pm and one at 12:35 pm. When my husband went to pickthe order up they said our order was canceled due to the bad review. What? The employee yelled at my husband and told him toget out of the store saying he was being refused service. My husband asked for his money back and then asked for the managersname and number. Both requests were refused. The man threatened to call the cops and scared my daughter to the point where shecame running out of the store in fear to me who was waiting in the car. I tried calling, but no one could be bothered to answerany of the numerous calls I placed. We paid with a gift card on both orders. They did refund our 12:30 pm order, but not theother one at 12:35. I went in about 20-30 minutes later trying to talk about the manner. The man was so scary and threatenedme to get out of the store saying he would call the cops on me as well. I said all I wanted was my money or the managerinfo....or maybe to why we were being refused service today, but not the other times. This is a HORRIBLE, DISGRACEFUL Subway. It makes me never want to eat at Subway again. All my husband and I were doing was trying to feed our family some lunch. Don't come here. Employees/management are very rude and wear no name tags, unprofessional. And refuse to let anyone use the... bathroom. Even if your picking up. So beware. This place doesn't deserve business. Until you treat people with respect. If no.Don't open or dont serve drinks. -I was nice until I heard I couldn't use the bathroom -. You lost an honest helper and customerover your prejudice. Grow up Read more

I mean it's subway. I've been eating this over a hundred times now. It's great. It's just that this location had some terrible... employees. Was literally in need to use the restroom to wash my hands before I eat but I need to order first before I get to usethe bathroom. Funny after I ordered, I needed to talk with someone again to get a spatula that has the keys on it so I canfinally use the bathroom to simply wash my hands before eating.... terrible Read more

Terrible attitude from both employees; absolutely zero customer service skills. Terribly made sandwich, with nearly all... ingredients hastily tossed into the middle, not evenly distributed along the length of the bread. And worse, my 6" turkeysandwich had almost no turkey at all. They've gone to thin slices, but don't portion it anymore. The employees just guess howmuch to put on now. It's nowhere near as much as it used to be back when the slices were thicker. See my photo of the thickestportion in the middle, only about 2 or 3 inches of the total length. The other 3 or 4 inches (1-1/2? - 2" on each side) was justa bread sandwich. It was a 100% ridiculously terrible sandwich. There are so many other better sandwich places, I will neverreturn here. They need more line workers during rush hours, only one employee handling the 6 customers in line. $1 extra charge for "A melt"... foot long subs its a rip off. I only come to Subway once every 5 - 6 years because of the items I mentioned. Read more
